I was looking for a reliable place to buy pet supplies, and this store exceeded my expectations. Their products are top-notch, and I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Ordered a chicken run coup combo in June 2016 arrived October 2016 after threatening them with Legal action. wouldn't answer the phone and randomly answered emails. They took my money then abandoned me. Shameful attitude. Avoid! Product is of good quality though. Just awful service.

I ordered Egg boxes on the 22nd December and still haven't been delivered. No response to emails or phone calls. My advice stay clear of this company.

I ordered a chicken house on 5th September, they promptly took my money on the 7th September, despite the company saying that the order would be with me in 2-3 months I am still waiting. I have emailed and left voicemails but only had one rude email back. No indication of when I might actually receive the chicken house, if ever. Very disappointed escpecially as I have had to turn down re-homing two lots of battery chickens so far!!

I placed an order 5th November 2016 of two items but have only received one of these. I have sent 3 emails and received an auto acknowledgement for one. I have made 2 phone calls and had to leave voice mails as nobody answers or returns my calls.
I simply want to know whether my missing order will be sent at some point or should I just give it up as a bad mistake and order from a more reputable company. I probably would not have used this company had I read the reviews first, but will hold out to give them the benefit of the doubt!

Ordered a chicken feeder over 6 weeks ago. This still hasn't arrived. Sent 4 emails to the company with not any response. No answer to any phone calls!
This company is scamming money out of hard working folk. Will be contacting trading standers and my bank about fraud! Absolute joke!

Ordered 4 weeks ago and paid in full by bank transfere. NO delivery after 4 weeks and they do not respond to e/mail.

Despite ordering on 22nd sept and waiting for my delivery, it hasn't arrived, I have emailed several times, I shall be getting in touch with my card provider to reclaim the money. This is the second order I have had problems with and no communication from them. I will be posting on smallholder pages warning people of this company.

Ordered a chicken coup and run. It is well thought out and looks good when complete, but it was missing several base and top timbers and the instructions were very poor (just generic instructions for all sizes). Such a shame as if they had better customer service in answering calls and getting back to you and just spent a little time preparing decent instructions for different sizes of run then it would be a great product.

Placed large order online late on Wednesday and delivery was made on Friday. Superfast! All items received in good order bar 1, which was out of stock but noted on delivery note 'to follow' and I have no qualms that this will indeed follow at their earliest convenience.

Price comparisons on stock and delivery were extremely favourable so all I can say is, great company. Give them a chance.

Chicken-house also trades as Green Valley Poultry Supplies so purchasers beware. Order made for three items. Two arrived; one damaged. Scribbled note that other would follow. Nothing since 15th April. No response to email or written letter. Phone number withdrawn from website. Reviews edited so no negative reviews appear. Avoid this company like the plague.

My water dispenser arrived promptly but no legs. Good product but shame adout customer service. The smite powder I ordered was replaced by liquid which I didn't order. Several emails. No replies. Ever. Impossible to get through by phone. Nobody there. Ever. I won't be using them again. Ever.

I too have contacted Chicken-House.co.uk on multiple occasions both by email and via their online customer service link on their website.
I haven't had a single response.

The product I bought was a pop hole automatic opener for £100. It failed after 4 months.

If these guys contacted me to explain their policy or perhaps offer a replacement I wouldn't have to leave such a negative review

I will not be buying anything else from Green Valley Poultry supplies.
I have emailed them four times telephoned them and left a answer phone message without any luck. they just don't bother to contact to let you know what is happening with orders.
I still haven't received my delivery I have now given them 24 hours to respond or I will be contacting my bank for a refund.

Nice product's, good price and fast delivery.
Only they send the wrong product.
When contacting them via there help desk, no response at all!
