Worst company ever. They are a fraud. What they deliver is not what’s promised.

Chicmay is really a scheme company. They send you the worst Chinese products and probably the wrong product as well. When you complain, they will make a deal with you so you won't complain with Paypal, but they will NEVER wire your money back. They have send me literally 18 mails where they say they will.

Never buy something here!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Average quality clothing, however if you happen to require a refund... good luck.
I have been chasing mine for 6 months.
they keep lying to me that it has been paid. nobody answers my questions, they just write the same thing over and over...
they will not provide proof of the transaction, nor will they advise which bank they are with or put me in touch with the CEO..
what a joke of a company.. FRAUDS

I paid for express shipping, 3 weeks later I still do not have my order. They communicate ONLY VIA TEXT MESSAGES AT 2-3:00 AM.
This company is horrible! I’m not even sure if they are legit. Do not order from this company

Chicmay.com is the worst online company ever! Stay away from this company. The quality and the materials are honorable. You'll never get your money back! I've been chasing them to get my refund since Nov 2018. All email responses are auto generated and no one even reads them.

STAY AWAY from this company. DO NOT BUY. The quality of clothing and shoes is garbage. I've never been so disappointed in the quality and time it took to receive the clothing. They do not refund you like the website states. You cannot speak to anyone live. Everything is shipped from China. Again, clothes is complete garbage. Don't let the pictures fool you.

Do not buy from this company. Be careful because they have multiple company names under the parent company. Clothes are total junk and don't think they will return your money because they won't. It a rip off company from China.

Didn't receive my order. I ordered some clothes at the website, paid and got a tracking number. I have never received the package nor gotten a notification on where the package is located for pickup. The customer service at chicmay.com couldn't help and advised me to find the local post office to go ask, which was not really any help since they couldn't see what carrier service had responsibility for the delivery. All in all, exceptionally poor service and I paid for a clothes I have never received- and a customer service who is indefferent.

Chicmay is my first experience getting scammed from an online store from FB ads. Upon seeing visibly nice looking shoes on Facebook ads, I decided to look at the store.

With seemingly a streak of cheap sales going on, I bought 3 shoes.

When it came to the delivery process, it was a nightmare. If Chicmay was a person it seemed like they took money and FORGOT about the order. Turns out that they are actually in China somewhere NOT a real American business. You can’t call them, only emails, and it all seems scampish. When I voiced I want refunds for being a month late, I think that’s when the delivery process began on their end.

The three shoes sets came in three different boxes; this is baffling being that typically a brand name has that single name on their boxes. Imagine if you bought from Timberland, Ariat, or Nike and they had random boxes as if they didn’t exist? As if they grabbed random scrap boxes and delivered the shoes super late? Yeah, that.

The shoes are advertised as leather, but the leather is so cheap it’s not even funny. The dress boot that had that helping loop on the top of the heel? That thing broke. They aren’t even stitched strong enough to be functional. The super cheap leather (or pleather?) was horrible to try to show shine. Wearing size 11, the shoes don’t even fit.

A horrible company. Please avoid. If you can report them on Facebook and Instagram, do it.

It’s clear that they are a rogue foreign scam company with no regard for law or economic norms.

Shoes look nothing like the picture on their website. Total scam. They said it would cost more to send it back than the product was worth and won't refund me. The shoes were not even the same color. Rip off.

I love the website has amazing clothes also nice trendy fashion.. Must try onces you surly will love it and buy again and again.

Best option is 1 star. 0 star is more accurate. Bought a jacket, they took the money and it hasn’t arrived even after 1 month. STAY AWAY. Chicmay is fraudulent and dishonest. I consider the money they stole from me a payment for a lesson to review company’s like this before I purchase.

Ordered some clothes early December and never got them. Rechead out multiple times to them and all they could say was that my order was processing. Now it's finally almost March I decided to cancel it. They probably make their money making people forget about their clothes. And for the clothes that I got they ripped in less than a month. It's cheap price and cheap quality for sure. Not worth it.

If I could a 0 star I would. I bought a men’s coat 2 months ago worth almost £40. Until now no coat was received or even my refund. I sent a lot of emails and all they keep replying is we will make this refund as priority. But again I thing received or refunded. This is a FRAUD/SCAM company. What out everyone. Don’t waste ur money.

ORDERED BOOTS IN NOVEMBER LAST YEAR, DIDNT DELIVER PROMISED REFUND AFTER I CONTACTED THEM OVER 6 WEEKS AGO, NEVER RECIEVED CONTACTING THEM DAILY , A NEW EXCUSE EVERY TIME AVOID THESE ROGUES
