SCAM!! Do not order from this place!!!! I ordered a shirt from Shelovin, which is run by the same people as Chicnico, and the website now no longer exists. I wanted to return the shirt I ordered, because it is nothing like pictured (also smells so strange), and I can't because they have shut down. I have sent emails and no one ever responds. It will only be a matter of time before this "company" disappears and reappears under another name.

I orderd from Chicnico out on a whim, I found it on pintrest and hadn't even looked at reviews until after I orderd my items. I purchased two swim suits on March 5th. I was hoping to recieve them for my vacation on the 24th. The shipping times wern't clear and my status remained at "paid" for around two weeks. Then I signed up for the updates and it took around another two weeks for them to show up in my mailbox on March 31st. After I orderd them I stumbled upon TONS of negative reviews and was extremely nervous about what I might recieve. I opened my package a littlw while ago and was shocked on how good the swim suits were. I didn't notice any loose threads, ripping fabric, or poor quality.

I ordered a sweater for $45 and received a sweater that looked nothing like the photos. The fabric was cheap, loose threads throughout, about 6” shorter than featured; total waste of money. So I emailed them twice and received no response, then I Facebook messaged and received an auto response telling me to email the same email address I used. This site is a total scam, buyer beware!

I wish I had looked up the other reviews before purchasing! The items had no tags, poorly made. The “sweater” looked like it was made with garment lining. The clothes smelt bad. They were completely different items than the described and pictured items I ordered from their site. They are not responding to my request to refund/return the items. Just read the refund policy. You will receive 30%-100% of the price paid. You pay shipping. You can only return the items if they still have tags and in original packaging, but there were no tags and there was no packaging. Everything was stuffed inside a plastic mailing envelope.

Do not order anything from this company. First you have to wait a month for stuff to come from China. When and if it gets to you there are no tags or clothing labels. You can not get in contact with them. If you email them for a return they will never answer you. It's a shame that PayPal does business with them. I emailed PayPal about what I experienced and they didn't get back to me.

What s scam. I wish I would have read review's prior to purchasing. Look nothing like the picture. Is made cheap. DONT BUY FROM THIS PIECE OF CRAP PLACE.

I ordered from ChicNico on a whim. I didn’t look at reviews until after I ordered, so needless to say I was freaking out. Everything was negative. So I was expecting a thin, poorly made, unwearable sweater. Well, I received my sweater today and it is amazing. I’m not kidding, I was nervous laughing as I opened the package, but it is exactly like the picture. I was so lucky with this purchase. I will never buy from them again, because chances are next time I won’t be lucky. But I just had to share my crazy experience that maybe not everything is complete crap with them!

I purchased three sweaters prior to reading all of the bad reviews. As a result, I was expecting crap to arrive, if anything at all. It took about 2 1/2 weeks to arrive but everything was just as pictured. Sizes were fine and even the styles were nice and I’m quite a picky shopper. Quality was fair, could be better but each sweater arrived in a nice protective zip bag. Will not buy from them again due to all of the reviews of ppl getting scammed but thank God my experience wasn’t that bad.

They give slow boat to China a whole new meaning!
No way to contact because the contact info is bogus.
I was lead to believe that it was coming from within the US but not true. Lesson learned. No more ordering from companies from China.

I ordered a cardigan from this company in October 2017. It was coming from abroad, so I anticipated a long wait. I got a text message to say it was on its way in November. By December it still hadn't arrived, and when I tried to contact them, all web addresses and customer services came back as no longer in use. I had no other way of contacting them, and never received my item. The shipping fees were high, so in total it cost me about £65. Never again!

Where’s my order? Purchased 5 items 16 days ago. When I go to track my order it shows up as “paid” and that it hasn’t even been processed (let alone even shipped yet!). I emailed them 4 days and haven’t heard back from them. Very very poor customer service. Processing an order shouldn’t take this long.

Received 3 XL items from this firm. For a start I am a size 12-14 and after checking their size guide had to order a size XL! When they came they were still too small for me. The clothes were so badly made they really bore little resemblance to the lovely pics on their website and when I tried to return them they just ignored my emails. I should of checked the reviews before buying like I normally do. DO NOT use this company.

Ordered a jumper - what a disappointment! Nothing like the picture, poor quality, shape and material. Do not give your money to this company- total rip-off!

I ordered a sweater from chicnico for 43.99. It was awful. Cheap knockoff, fabric and fit nothing like the photos. I tried to return it. They did not respond to five separate emails from me attempting to initiate a return via the email address their site instructed to use for returns. I finally opened a claim thru paypal. Shipping the item back to Beijing cost me $22. I will NEVER order from them again.
