Dispite reaching out to this company…

Dispite reaching out to this company repeatedly and them denying that I have an order in place i have had to go through PayPal to log a dispute PayPal confirming it's definitely been placed through them yet when I contact them direct they deny involvement absolute shambles of a place selling substandard product I'll never see my money and stuck with half their shit I can't wear

The quality of the clothes I bought the second time was significantly improved

Be very wary

I ordered a sweatshirt and a few t-shirts only to find the materials used aren’t proper cotton it’s like that shiny material which I didn’t like

Asked for a return address only to be told it needs to be sent to California even though it’s a Hong Kong company ??

They did offer me a partial refund but again it’s very misleading and I wouldn’t use again

I have placed an order on the 8th of…

I have placed an order on the 7th of March from inforenovationss gmail.com order number CW00046817 (Silviu Stoica) after reading these reviews and no ETA from them I am quite concerned that I would never receive my items.
I will come back at the end of the week with a review and an update.I really don’t want to be in the position of leaving a bad review in time that these reviews mean a lot for any business.

First time so-so, but the second...

I bought from them the first time and it went quite well, I mean the quality was not excellent but it was good enough. So I bought from them again and this time was awful. The size is totally wrong, the print is very bad and the color that should have been deep purple is a sort of bluish gray. The overall quality is very low. Not gonna buy again from them. What you see in the site is astronomically far in quality from what you will actually get.

Avoid This Webshop – Misleading Payment Methods and Poor Service

On 29 November 2024, I attempted to place an order using iDEAL as the payment method. The amount of 81.04 EUR was deducted from my bank account, but I received an error message on the website stating: "Transaction failed, customer cancelled the transaction." To make matters worse, I later received two emails from Chicwelly stating I had left items in my cart—items I had already paid for.

When I contacted customer support, they admitted that iDEAL payments are currently not functional on their webshop, yet they continue to list it as an available payment method. This is highly misleading and creates unnecessary confusion and frustration for customers.

Customer support told me that refunds "are expected within a few days," but there was no confirmation or timeline provided. I am now left waiting for my money with no guarantee of when, or if, it will be returned.

This webshop has demonstrated poor communication, misleading practices, and a lack of accountability. I highly advise others to avoid Chicwelly and shop elsewhere, especially if you don’t want to risk losing your money.

Due to a technical failure in the payment gateway integration or other circumstances, it is possible that you are charged but we don't receive the payment.

We are aware that iDEAL Payment is currently having issues with our online store and it is wrong for us to still list it as a available payment method. We have reported the problem and will resolve it as soon as possible.

Regarding your refund, because of different processing efficiency of banks, we could provide a more specific time. We understand that this was not helpful, so we recommend that you contact your bank to check the progress of your refund, they can provide more precise information.

Poor contact

I have purchased jumpers which are far to small for the medium i requested,but all email addresses relating to customer service are invalid, emails just bounce back. There is a Facebook messenger option which is odd, still awaiting reply.

This website is a real scam

This website is a real scam. I have a lot of proof.

I have bought 7 sweaters and they tell me that they cannot send them because I am missing a code called (Tax ID number) Which in my country Chile is called RUT which is made up of 9 digits... But they insist that it is 11 digits .

I have indicated to them that it no longer matters and I am content to recover part of my money. I spent around $250 and they tell me they can offer me a $10 gif card. This has to be a joke!!!!

Scam

Ordered an item over a month ago. According to the tracking information, the package was confiscated due to counterfeit shipping labels.
