Shame on the owner of child’s farm for selling out to cussons. They’re changed all of the long standing formulas for the worse. The creams (which had a huge loyal customer base) are no longer thick an... See more

Lovely, gentle products and easy ordering experience

Lovely products to counteract the harsh school soaps and sanitisers on my little girls' delicate skin.

My daughter also absolutely loves the strawberry and mint shampoo and conditioner.

I ordered a few big bottles of different products and was very excited to find a gorgeous Farmologie moisturiser thrown in for myself and a sample of sunscreen (though I can't see that being used for a while now!).

Everything arrived quickly and well packaged with no unnecessary additional plastic. Super.

Delightful company with AMAZING Customer service!

After seeing an offer shortly before christmas for free shipping, I sent an off the cuff response stating it was a great offer, but nothing I wanted was in stock... cue a reply from Claire, she went out of her way to help me to locate products I required straight away, then today, out of the blue, sent an email to let me know that another item I was hoping to get is now on offer in Tesco stores!

I cannot fault anything about this store, delivery is quick, and customer service is absolutely second to none!
