I had such a great time learning to drive with Dan, he was so helpful and supportive and made the whole experience really enjoyable. He helped me pass my test with no minors and loads of confidence on the road.

I passed my driving test Monday with very bit of credit going to James Dua-lipa Finbow, he not only made m e feel calm but reassured me with plenty of training.. I can't fault anything he showed me and was super patient.. chilled very lucky to have such an instructor, once again thank you,

I recently passed after doing lessons with Liam for 4 months, was really helpful and patient and I would recommend to anyone learning to drive.

I was very nervous but Jack O'connell was great he put me at ease after the first lesson and continued to be patience and helped me gain confidence to pass first time. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to learn. Chloe

What a year! I passed my test this week with 0 minors first time after learning with Sam. And boy did he earn his money. I’m a naturally anxious person and Sam made me feel supported and adjusted his teaching to match my more “emotional” moments. From me getting in the car each time and announcing I’d forgotten how to drive, to crying through some lessons due to ridiculous things going on in my personal life, to laughing my way through all my lessons. I never thought I’d pass and having my licence means I can finally go and watch my boys play football and do the food shop! I cannot recommend Chilled enough. If they can get this 44 year old ridiculous woman through to pass (did I mention 0 minors? ! ) then they can teach anyone. Thanks for the great year Sam…. I can finally stop saying I can’t drive!

i recently completed an intensive course with chilled and i had two instructors, adrian g and shaun p. Both of them were great and since i already had some experience they quickly helped me become alot more confident! I think you definitely get what you pay for and if you want to get your test done asap this is definitely the way as it has saved me months of lessons! Overall chilled were great; all admins and the instructors i communicated with were friendly, patient and helpful.. thank you so much!

Avoid Steven Murphy.
Had a 55 intensive over 2 weeks from 0 experience before hand, which went reasonably well,
Prior to Test i had a Mock test where I got 4 minors and 1 serious for parking.
Steve refused to allow me to do the actual driving test that was all ready booked and paid for the following day.
This wasn't based on the results of the mock but on a 10+ intensive driving hours previous(20% off my course time) miniature mock.
Steven didn't even get in contact after the mock to discuss or go through things, so i was left confused and unsure what to do next.

I believe this is also partly due to chilled wanting to appear to have a higher pass rate on their tests.
Shame on chilled and doubly so on Steve Murphy for poor proffesionalism.

Thankyou for you response, i understand the reasoning.
However the lack of any communication to discuss the results and the process from Steve Murphy who had been my primary contact for the entire length of the course, i find very unacceptable and a major cause of frustration and confusion.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Liam for not getting only my daughter through her driving trust but also my son aswell. Would highly recommend, was understanding, patient and got on well with both of them.

Just passed my driving test after doing an intensive course, I had Liam as an instructor who was a great mentor, he helped me to perfect my driving and was very supportive & calm, great experience could'nt have asked for a better instructor, funny and energetic.

Could'nt have done it without him, Thanks Liam.

Liam was my instructor I had an amazing experience learning to drive with Liam he is a funny and kind bloke he is truly amazing at his job and was so patient with me and pushed me through it to the very end I can’t thank him enough would highly recommend to anyone learning to drive.

I recently passed my automatic driving test and had Sam as my instructor. Throughout every stage he was friendly, patient and clear allowing me to develop and be prepared to deal with all situations on the road. I feel completely confident as a driver and really enjoyed my lessons. Thank you Sam and Chilled!

A fantastic journey from zero experience to passing my test first time. My instructor, Sam, was friendly, patient and knowledgeable, building my confidence throughout my lessons. Sam encouraged me all the way, providing positive feedback and insight. I highly recommend!

We met the amazing team at Chilled last year at their 14–17-year-old experience day at Coltishall, an event I would also highly recommend.
The team were knowledgeable, approachable, supportive, and spent time answering my numerous questions, my son had an amazing time on the track with Steve Brooks, his instructor for the session.
Steve spent time at the event answering more of our questions, he built up a good rapport with Steve, so I booked my son in with him for the intensive course. Steve has been amazing, supportive, communicative, flexible, and knowledgeable, my son and I cannot praise him enough.
The admin team have been exceptional with clear and efficient communication at each stage; all my requests/enquiries have been accommodated with prompt responses.
The written feedback from the mock test undertaken by Shaun C was concise and detailed and extremely helpful.
The whole Chilled team all played a pivotal role to enable him to pass his test first time, yesterday.
My sincere thanks to you all.
I would highly recommend the Chilled team to anyone needing lessons, if you are a parent of a student, the customer service is fantastic, the team are amazing, an asset to their profession.

Liam was a fantastic instructor. He was patient, kind and funny. I was particularly grateful that he was able to calm and reassure me when I became nervous and doubted myself. His lessons covered all the skills, routes and manoeuvres I needed to pass first time with only 3 minors! Thank you so much, Liam.

Steve B was a great instructor. Got me to a passed test with only 2 minors in great time.

Chilled are honestly fantastic. James, my instructor, was informative, thorough and wellbeing focused and made me feel like a competent test ready driver. I always looked forward to my lessons. The mock tests that Chilled give are so helpful and helps to get those overwhelming test nerves out of the way. Felt like my real test was my third and felt so much more in control on the day. The driving book that they give you is helpful because it contains driving instructor feedback after every lesson and metrics on where you are at with roundabouts, hazards, dual carriageways, country roads etc. Chilled driving are great and would recommend them fully. Would recommend booking in three hour lesson slot blocks with the instructor closer to the test. Really helps
