I started my intensive driving lessons with almost no prior experience. My instructor, Sam, was patient and explained everything so well that I felt confident to drive within the first couple of lessons. He maintained high standards throughout our lessons while allowing me to make and fix my mistakes. I passed first time today and I honestly couldn’t have done it if I didn’t have such a great instructor!

Sadly, our experience with Chilled was upsetting, but maybe that's because our autistic son needed more understanding, communication and support. Having first booked the intense driving course, he was told on the penultimate lesson that he wouldn't pass and his remaining lessons were postponed. After he had paid for a further block of 20 hours, he decided early on that his anxiety meant that he couldn't continue. Chilled stuck to the T&Cs rigidly. The money that my son had saved himself was wasted. There was no offer of even a small amount as a goodwill gesture. Whatever justification by Chilled is provided, the experience has left my son massively out of pocket and never wanting to drive again.

I would highly recommend chilled driving school. Danny was a fantastic instructor for myself. He always made me feel calm and comfortable. It's because of him I passed first time 😃

I have went to a few instructors before chilled and i never reached my full ability, but when i went to chilled and Steve M taught me i felt very confident in my driving and i passed my test all thanks to chilled and Steve thank you so much!! Would definitely recommend Steve to anyone learning to drive very talented instructor

The Chilled Driving Instructors are professional, reliable, and genuinely invested in your progress as a learner driver. I'm especially grateful to my Instructor, Jack, who went above and beyond, even giving up time during his holiday to ensure that I passed my test first time. His patience and clear guidance made all the difference. A big thank you also to Sarah and Rachel for their constant support (and for always being so kind, no matter how many times I called!). I truly appreciate everything you've all done.

Haven’t got a bad word to say at all. Passed first time, all credits to Will M, couldn’t have wished for a better instructor, very supportive and really couldn’t have done it without him. Amazing from start to finish and went into the test with full confidence feeling very prepared. Would definitely recommend chilled to anybody looking for lessons as they, along with Will M were absolutely amazing.

I don’t know where to even begin with my experience! The company were responsive, pleasant and helpful at all times. Even better than that though was my amazing instructor, Sam, who was endlessly kind, patient and knowledgeable as he taught me the ways of the road. I won’t ever be able to thank him enough. Moreover, if you’re like me and you are terrified of the extra cost or time that could be spent on a redo driving test, then Chilled is the option. They do something nobody else is doing in the Norwich area; once your instructor thinks you’re ready, they have another Chilled instructor give you a mock to simulate the real test and help identify any remaining things you need to work on. I am certain this is why their overall pass rates are so high. I passed my driving test today on the first try, without any faults. All credit goes to Sam and Chilled.

Liam helped me gain my confidence back after a previous instructor I didn't get along with, and pushed me to a very strong pass first time. The lessons were incredible and relaxed, and I found the methods of parking I was taught very clear.

Liam was an amazing instructor, passed first time. Very patient and gave a good, fair push when needed. Will be recommending him to more friends who are learning to drive.

Couldn’t recommend chilled enough, communicating with the admin side was made very easy, my lessons with Steve B made learning and gaining confidence in my driving very easy and got me to where i need to be to pass my test, I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor!

Liam was my instructor, he was brilliant and never got angry when I made a mistake. Passed first time will him. He also prepares you for driving safely after the test which is brilliant.

I just passed my test with Gary first try. Good car, good teacher. Only downside is it felt that there was sometimes a lack of communication. Definitely a good company though and friendly instructors.

I had a great experience learning how to drive. Everything was perfect from beginning to end, my instructor was amazing and incredibly helpful I couldnt recommend him enough.

I passed my driving test with Liam as my driving instructor first time. Liam has been brilliant I always felt safe and he always explained any queries I had. He was also chatty and sociable from the start which made me feel more confident as a driver because it doesnt feel like your driving with a stranger. I have recommended Liam to all my friends and would definitely recommend Liam as he was a friendly and extremely helpful instructor.

Cannot recommend enough. I had Sam Nichol for my lessons and he was absolutely incredible. Super friendly and unbelievably easy to get alone with. I had all the help with all my tuition I could ask for. The company were super easy to enquir with, book lessons with and everything in between. Passed with a flawless test. Speaks volumes of this amazing company and great staff. Cheers guys.

Amazing! I was soooo nervous to start learning to drive especially as I had left it a little later than most but my instructor Sam Nichol helped me build confidence, let me take my time but also pushed me when I’ve needed it. We laughed, think I actually cried once after a busy roundabout lol but we did it!!!!! I have passed 1st time with 0 minors and I have googled it gals in the 1%! As you can tell I am beeeming and very grateful for all his help. Hit him up!

I had the best time learning to drive with Liam, he taught me everything and built up my confidence so that I am comfortable driving on my own now as I have passed my test with him.

Super patient, really easy to get along with, and always made me feel comfortable and welcome from day one. I never felt rushed or stressed, and he explained everything clearly which made a big difference. I'm really happy and would definitely recommend James to anyone looking to learn to drive!
