The customer service people are lovely to deal with. I ordered a pro bullet cam 17th Feb and a cree light and a spare battery. As they were upgrading there was a delay in sending it which i accepted. They kindly emailed me some information to get me ip and running and the camera is great.

Purchased a pro Cree helmet light. It was super bright and covered a big area which is what I wanted for mountain biking at night. Unfortunately it stopped charging so contacted them and they asked to send it in. After couple of days got a message back saying the light was faulty and I will be getting a replacement. Great customer service on top of already great product, what more could you ask for. Would definitely recommend their products to anyone looking for a bright bike light.

Great customer service, took the time to call and explain/discuss the option that would work best for my 12 year old daughter. Timings were really tight due to the cameras just coming back into stock but the Chilli team made sure it was with me ready for my daughters birthday. Thank you so much!

I’ve had my bullet camera for about a year and it’s brilliant, the video is really clear. It’s also easy to use. An added bonus is the rapid response to queries - usually within the hour. I highly recommend them

Chilli Technology sell very well made and reasonably priced lights and cameras for cyclists of all disciplines. They are of high quality and work exceptionally well. I have bought 3 different lights and the bullet camera, as have some of my friends, and we are all extremely pleased with how the products perform.
They easily compare to much more expensive brands and are better value.
In addition to the high quality products their customer service is of the very highest level, which makes dealing with Chilli Technology so enjoyable.

I have bought two of thier cree front bike lights. They function very well. The 'elastic band' fitting to the handlebar appears a bit temporary but has not been a problem in practice.
One light did develop two issues after a year or two of moderate use:
1) The plastic part which fits between the lamp and the headlamp cracked, perhaps the screw was made too tight
2) One of the two switches became unreliable.
Although my unit was out of guarantee Chilli Tech customer service posted me a replacement lamp free of charge.
So no complaints from me; happy to recommend.

Bought some headlights from them; there was a defective switch and the team sorted the problem out really well.
The test of a good company is not when everything goes well, it’s when there is a problem and how they resolve it.
I gave ***** because there was not an option for 6!
Highly recommend their product (soooo bright!) and service.

Bought a pair of bullet cams for my cycle commute, picture quality is ok considering the price, has been good enough for reporting incidents to the police, but sound isn't great (though that does mean no-one can hear me swearing!). Customer service responded within minutes to an issue that developed with one of them, and were very patient when it turned out to be Operator Error. RTFM!

Sensational, quick and friendly after sales service from these guys to replace a lost part by return of post.
I'm really happy with the bike light I have; great quality, super bright and excellent battery life. Add to this the great support makes them a super solid 5 star recommendation.

So, great little camera; light weight with an excellent video quality.
Had a small problem with mine not long after getting it, where it wouldn't charge or switch on. I contacted Chilli through their website and had a reply from Lisa in their customer services within a couple of hours offering a replacement device. This duly arrived just a day or two later and is working perfectly. They even provided a prepaid postage label to return the broken one.
Outstanding service from these guys, I'd absolutely recommend them!

I bought a chilli tech light in 2021 and this March 2023 it was stuck on flashing mode. After a ride home with lots of angry beeps from cars I decided to message Chilli Tech and see if they could help. To my surprise they responded in minutes and said they would replace the light. It arrived within 3days with great communication they whole way through.. can't thank you enough for great customer service.

Updated review, having had my helmet camera for a period of time.

Build quality of product is poor. I am now on my third camera and all have been faulty. The USB charging interface has been faulty for all three - the first one collapsed inwardly when I first tried to charge. Charging the second and third has been intermittent, with connection to my laptop going on and off.
My current camera also has a problem with distorted sound.

Customer service is occasionally very good, but their default service level is dreadful, wilfully ignoring all attempts at communication.

Consequently I have ran out of patience and will be returning this product for a refund.

I will update this review with the company's response.

Have bought a few lights from them, all good quality lights. Decided to return one light after receiving it within 14 days, they took a couple of days to reply to my email but once the return process had started it was easy to return.

Cracking product, super bright and hasn’t missed a beat!

Not had the camera long so still testing but early signs are that it has a lot of issues which should have been fixed before release. First the date format for the SD card, I couldn't believe that you have to manually set the format every time you power down the unit or remove the SD card. Even some of the cheapest Chinese cameras have an internal clock and can date stamp SD cards automatically. It appears that the camera can only record in up to 5 minute .mov clips which is not very useful if you want a contiguous playback. The sound when mounted on handlebars is abysmal just constant hiss and has to be muted on replay, Camera build quality, Picture quality, size of camera and mounting options are OK but all of the issues mentioned really do mark this camera down. If someone from Chilli Tech can tell me I'm doing something wrong and can improve these problems please reply. One last thing, why not include a removable lens cap to protect it when not in use.

Although I believe my review was a fair reflection of the cameras limitations, I have upgraded my rating to reflect the quick and detailed response from the company. It is also nice to see that Chilli tech have now released a new generation of bullet cam which overcomes the limitations of the earlier models.

Purchased bullet HD camera, using it daily commuting in London, picture quality acceptable, but sound quality is awful, I use the cap that has the sound holes in, but even when not moving and standing still talking to someone the sound is muffled and not audible, a big let down
Very disappointing as I need to be able to hear comments from other people!

OK I had a issue with a faulty 2400 lumen lamp it happens ?
E mailed the guys explaining what happened, took a day or two to get a reply.
But they didn't miss a beat they arranged a courier that day and sent a replacement no ifs no buts no quibble,s
Got my new unit 3 days later .
Printed of their returns label sent ot back in the same packaging new one arrived in .
All in all awsome service .

Really disappointed. This is my second bullet camera purchase from Chilitech; my first finally failed after lots of use so I bought the updated version as I cycle commute on my own and like to have a security of a camera.
It failed after just one use, and now won't charge or work for more than a few seconds, and I've had zero response from the company. Despite politely emailing, and following up with another polite request for a response, I've had nothing at all back from them.
Totally shabby treatment of a customer.

Update: Received a replacement camera which unfortunately was faulty, but now have a fully operational camera and happy to report that image quality and battery life is much better than my old camera.

Purchased two bullet cameras April 2022 and attached them to cycling helmet with the kit supplied. Great cameras, picture and sound quality is brilliant.
Camera will clearly pick up vehicle number plates even when speeding.
After service head been nothing short of brilliant... Questions, help, and more recently the server be more fixing strips so that I could move cameras over to new helmet!
Highly recommend the bullet cameras and the customer service.
