Terrible Support and help from Manager Pamala Cullinane
I called the Manager today having called over 4 times in the last 6 weeks to which she was never there.
Today I got to speak with her and I have never ever come across a more unhelpful person. She did nothing whatsoever to resolve the issue I had to which her trained staff gave me completely incorrect information when I asked for it and so incurred big costs for me which she could have helped with both chose not to.
I will never set foot in this hotel again.
