Sketchy site and Fake reviews
Well, I dunno if I trust this site now...I ordered a Galaxy Note 8 and wanted it shipped by DHL cause it was supposed to be delivered in 4-5 days..apparently China can't ship items with Lithium batteries out of their country using DHL..so that was a waste of $20 I won't get back...then found out they shipped the phone to the Netherlands to be mailed to me..which is gonna take even longer to get to me..it's already been 2 weeks and NL post still hasn't received the phone yet...and to top things off, I was checking comments that other people have written about the Note 8 and low and behold, there was a comment that "I" apparently wrote myself, and it was on the date I ordered the phone...I'm guessing the customer comments/reviews on the site are all fake. Makes me wonder if the phones are even as described and they just used videos and descriptions of the real deal to lure people in along with the low prices. Anyways, I dunno if you want to trust this site or not..I'll leave it up to you.
I bought a Samsung W2016 Clone Flip phone
I bought a Samsung W2016 Clone, total cost including express shipping and import duties(which I hasten to add they declare as duty free ) £260 sterling. Ordered black, received a gold one. It was clearly not new, the back was marked. I emailed them, they suggested a discount off next purchase. I said I didn't want that and would make an official complaint. They then threatened that if I did so they would not provide any backup for the product I had purchased. So, reluctantly I kept the phone. The handset is faulty, the keyboard does not work correctly and effectively it is a throwaway item! Oh how could I get sucked in by this? Well , thanks to their credible website and Youtube video reviews, that's how! Save your time and effort, simply burn your money, it's less hassle and has the same effect!
Truffatore.
Probably I was also cheated, i ordered a Samsung S8 with Snandragon 835 6gb ram description and 64GB of memory but probably and all fake. Said by them, shipped from Holland but actually shipped from China. Do not buy them from them.

JUST DO NOT BUY!
DO NOT buy from them😡
Definitely the worst of typical Chinese business online.
I ordered a Honor V8. They sent clone Samsung S8 with iPhone screen protector plus iPhone case(free gift. Lol)
They were suggesting I keep it and get discount off next order!! Are they taking the Mickey?
They said they would issue refund, if I sent back phone. After they received return, they tried to get me to accept another clone phone in compensation. Their agent Jenifer Chen told me company refuse refunds. She seemed believable but then stopped responding in WhatsApp when I said I had emailed the Chinese embassy in London.
Just a thought, folks, if you all send emails to the embassy I bet they will soon investigate ecarts.
I refuse to give up either and will post on every known media site about them as a company. They make other Chinese companies look like Snow White in comparison.
If you buy from China Ecarts you might as well give your money to a charity. DON'T DO IT.
If I can save just a few buyers from using them, it may make my £240 loss bearable.
The first scam I have fallen for
Paid US$295 for a 2.5GHz octacore CPU, 1334x750 resolution screen, 128GB memory, 16MP camera phone.
Received a 1.3GHz quadcore CPU, 540x940 resolution screen, 8GB memory, 8MP camera phone. After complaining, Chinaecarts said I can return the phone (but it may get lost in the mail on return) or I could buy another for 50% off.
I sent the phone back via registered mail. After multiple requests and no response, EstoreChina said they no longer have this phone anymore and offered to replace the phone with a "quad core, ram 1GB,rom 16gb", if I sent US$20 for postage.
After insisting on a phone with specs more similar to this phone they said "impossible... you will get nothing, also will get to our blacklist."
Not trustworthy at all!
This site is just a scam that sells poorly made fake replicas of real products.
I bought a iPhone 5s clone that would run Android 5.0, I was told that they would ship it with pure vanilla Android 5.0. When I after 4 weeks got it, even tough I paid $50 extra for 8 days express, it was not pure Android and for sure not 5.0. Rather 2.3 or similar with a poorly made hard coded iOS interface. Seller just answering gibberish and like me to buy a new one and after that return the first one.
Do not buy anything from this site!
Truffatoriiii (scam)
User scam. phones that sell are not as described. are faulty or defective does not reimburse.
My personal experience has been tremendous.
I bought an iphone 6 plus 128 gb paid 409 usd. the features had to be processor 8core 2 gb of ram memory 128 gb 4g lte.
instead I han sent a mobile aesthetically equal to 6 normal iphone with dual-core processor. RAM 459 MB internal memory of 1 GB and external 8gb. gsm umts not only with the key of the vibration fault. you pay customs charges 30 euro. I just call them the package arrives for clarification and explain failures and shipping a wrong phone. Their calm me and ask me to buy another 150 euro. after a series of emails I send another, and I get an iphone 6 plus aesthetically equal. but that has network problems. the network does not take three. RAM 450 MB dual core with 8 gb memory chip with the screen side down. I ask explanations. and I do the same trick that if I pay more money I send one perfect. I said no and I asked that I be refunded the difference of the two phones. and they tell me that they can only make a discount of at least 500 to 160 usd usd spending. and that does not make repayments. and that the phones they had damaged him.
are scammers beware
Throw your money out the window before you send it to this seller.
They will send you a different product than you order (cheap version) and none of the specifications will match the item you selected. Don't believe a word that is printed on their website. It is a TOTAL SCAM
