I have purchased several pairs of dance shoes from LightInTheBox, and have been very satisfied with my purchases. The shoes are well made and are reasonably priced. The customer service is also outstanding. I would highly recommend LightInTheBox.

I bought a wedding dress and asked for help. Well they took forever to get back to me. But the answer was no we will not refund your money. The measurments were awful. the top of the dress was made to fit a 9 years old girl and the bottom was 4 sizes to big.
But the lace on the dress was ripped, and there was string hanging everywhere. I took the dress to a tailor where I live and he asked me if a friend made the dress and I said no. It was from a compnay and he said that the dress was made very poor.
I will never shop with this company again. and my friends that did, will not be either and I will let everyone I know. How horrable this company is and the customer service was poor and rude.

For being a bride, this sure made my experince suck.
I went out and bought another dress. and told the lady my story about this company and she felt bad for me, I fell into tears and she hugged me. And she nade me feel alot better
Plus the dress was cheaper than from this company and the service was way better.
I have 3 more friends that are gettting married and was going to check out my dress, when it got here and if it turned out good they were going to order all there bridesmaid dresses and there wedding dress too, But guess they will be going where I went.
