DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE. Ordered shoes 3 weeks ago from their website, still haven’t shipped despite promising 3-5 day delivery with items shipping within 3 business days. Have tried reaching out to their customer service via email (over a week ago) and phone (left a voicemail) but no response. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Beginning to wonder if I have been scammed out my money. I ordered these almost a month in advance of a vacation, and now will definitely not have the shoes in time, if I even get them at all. If I do not hear back in the next day or two I will be disputing with my bank to get my money back.

ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had a pair of raffia wedge sandals (Seyshelles) that literally fell apart the second time I wore them. I was so disappointed. I contacted Chinese Laundry and to my suprise and delight they offered me a new pair of any of their shoes on their site for free. I chose the Cashy Casual Sandals in black. I highly recommend them. They seem to be well made and fit perfectly. I was thrilled with how lightweight and comfortable they are! They are also cute and high quality looking. CL deserves a lot of credit for great customer service! Thank you!

Do not order from this website

Do not order from this website. I ordered shoes for an event over a month in advance since their website clearly says they ship usually within 3 business days. Over two weeks goes by and my order still said unfulfilled. I attempted to reach out multiple times simply asking for an update on when my order would ship. I received no response. Instead, they cancelled my order and refunded me. I really liked the shoes and simply updating the customer if something was back ordered would have been sufficient.

Save yourself the headache; don't buy online

Purchased Shoe online during their Cyber Monday sale on Dec 4, 2024. They advertised a few as free, which I added to my shopping cart and also added 5 other shoes ranging in different prices; number of shoes in cart came out to be about 9 shoes. At checkout, everything looked good, items were on sale per their ad., and I made my purchase of a little over $120. Guys, total number of shoes I received, 1. What happened to my remaining purchased shoes? I have tried reaching their cs@chineselaundrydotcom and Phone: (310) 838 - 2103. Line keeps getting disconnected. Customer Service via email is either late in responding or completely non-responsive. A 2-day shipping purchase made on Dec 4, arrived on Dec 27 and only 1 shoe was present. I will advise you to not buy from them online. As a shoe lover, after my experience with Chinese Laundry, I will not be buying their shoes again. This online purchase experience has been disappointing.

Is a brand that robs their customers a…

Is a brand that robs their customers a good brand? I returned a pair of shoes using their prepaid label from the box. I very stupidly trusted them as a reputable brand which clearly they are not, and did not save the receipt. They obviously never refunded me. They make returning as obnoxious as possible and fight every step of the way to not return your money. This site is a scam, their shoes are garbage quality. Never order from them, ever.

Poor quality

Bought shoes that are size 5 but the measurements are wayyy of. Honestly the quality is so bad I don't know what they charge you $100 dollars for.

SCAM! Fake website.

SCAM!! Zero confirmation email, can’t contact customer service through phone or website. The website shows no history or order that was placed. Total garbage. Pain in the ass to go through AfterPay. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Complete scam.

Do not purchase shoes from this online retailer. There is no way to contact customer service where they actually respond. I tried calling the listed number, left multiple messages over many days, NOTHING. Attempted to email through their website and portal, apparently it's 'broken' as you cant even submit the form. I tried emailing the customer service separately, NOTHING. SAVE YOUR MONEY! SCAM ALERT!

Shoes never arrived but no refund was given and now they have stopped responding to my messages

I ordered shoes in March 2021; they tracking link provided kept saying the shoes had just shipped but the date kept getting pushed back. I thought hey with covid I understand, then it becomes May, June, finally September I reached out to them to ask where my shoes were. They said they could not find the order and could not give me a refund because I had passed the return window which was 60 days after the order date, not from when I received the shoes. Now customer service has stopped responding to my ticket.

This company should be put out of business as they are simply thieves with a website.

If I could give a zero to this company

If I could give a zero to this company, I would. As others before me mentioned, I too placed an order and the delivery date kept getting pushed out. Their customer service was unresponsive. Their “contact us” widget through their website seems to be disabled. They are unresponsive on social media, even hiding posts or deleting ones inquiring about orders. I have filed a complaint with the California BBB. Additionally, I disputed the charge on my credit card. Avoid this company. If you like their shoes, buy from a brick and mortar store where you know you will get the product in your hands as soon as you pay for them.
