Terrible experience – dishonest seller, huge losses, PayPal not helpful

I had a terrible experience with this seller. The product, priced at €600, arrived more than one month late, after endless excuses and delays. When it finally arrived, I decided to return it, and I paid €70 for return shipping via DHL.

I also had to pay customs twice — about €20 when the product first arrived, and €120 later because the seller lied on the customs declaration. In total, I lost approximately €810 (around $890) including the product, shipping, and customs fees.

After I returned the product, they completely stopped replying to my messages for months. Their customer service kept delaying and never solved anything.

Warning: Even PayPal will not help you in this situation. They will tell you to “communicate with the seller,” so don’t trust PayPal to resolve this.

I strongly warn everyone: do not buy from this seller or this website. They are dishonest, unhelpful, and you will lose your money.
