I purchased this scratch repair product for my Tesla Model 3 in Pearl White, hoping to fix some minor imperfections. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing.

The so-called pearl white color does not match the original Tesla paint at all. It is nowhere near the official Pearl White finish. After applying it, instead of blending in the scratch, it actually makes it more noticeable because the shade and finish are completely different and lack the true pearl effect.

In my case, this was a waste of money and, even worse, it can damage the overall appearance of the vehicle if you are not careful.

My intention with this review is to warn other customers — especially Tesla Pearl White owners — so they do not make the same mistake. This product should not be marketed as compatible with this color if it does not accurately match the original paint.

I sincerely hope the manufacturer reviews this product or removes it from the market to prevent more customers from feeling misled.

I’m so impressed with Chipex! The paint is absolutely amazing – it matched my car perfectly and made my chips disappear completely. I was a bit worried at first, but the application was so easy to do at home and the results look professional. You honestly can’t tell there were ever any chips there. Highly recommend to anyone who wants their car looking flawless again without paying body shop prices!

Product not delivered

The item still hasn’t arrived and I didn’t realize based on your web site the item was shipping from Europe.

It’s been 2 weeks and have still not received product despite paying extra for 3-5 day shipping, shipping was refunded but hard to rate a product if you don’t have it.

The color didn’t match at all. PPSW for a Tesla is a pearl white and this color was Shasta white or a plain bright white. Waste of money

I was sent a code for 5% or 15% off in a email. I ordered the product from the email and it would not accept the code stating it to not be valid. My order was made from the email you sent the same day. I am now told there is a delay in shipping but it appears that is not your fault. Will see how long it takes to resolve and receive my product if I order again in the future.

This is only touch-up paint, not spray paint, and it is not enough to cover even a slightly larger area. Very expensive as of touch-up paint. They also did not mention at the time of purchase that there would be duties to pay, so be aware of these hidden charges. In addition, their customer care response is slow and not very prompt. The clear coat is poor quality and does not work as expected. Never buy again

I still haven´t received my order, only thing I got so far is a tracking number 6 days ago which remains in the same status in which FEDEX hasn't received the package from Chipex. I am very disappointed

Paint is the same but the moment I got to step 2 to remove the excess gently, it changes the color and looks worse than before

Don't know about the product; but the shipping to the US is terrible! 18 days have passed since I ordered, and I still cannot even get a report on where it is!

i havent received my latest order, but the 2 cars I have repaired stone chips with have turned out great! Color match was perfect. Made my Tiguan look brand new. I have told about 10 people to buy from here, and all have been satisfied!

Didn’t receive,but it was no fault of Chipex the fault was that of DHL the shipper. Great communication to get problem solved.

Ordering was easy and shipping quick. I haven't had a chance to actually use the product yet so can't report on that.

3 weeks has went by with no communication on product being shipped

I've ordered from Chipex for several vehicles and always got a great color match delivered reasonably quickly.
However, I placed an order on April 30th, got the order confirmation email and have heard nothing since.
I've tried contacting them multiple times and gotten no response.
