When I ordered my boots of chockers that was the first time and I'm quite impressed with my purchase all though I didn't get a confirm email that my boots have been sent of but I'm quite happy with my purchase especially when it's my first time ordering of their. I would recommend you to anyone for example friends family because I'm just so happy that my purchase came on time and their wasn't any problems. I would love to order of you again.

When I first ordered my chokers heels, I was a little concerned if yous had actually got my order because I hadn't recieved an conformation email so I then emailed the help service in which they replied within 24 hours saying that they had got my order and there was nothing to worry about. I was very happy with this, my order came in time and overall very satisfied with my purchase.

Shoes ordered were perfect. Only one comment, it would be helpful to have info on your returns policy on website. Ordered 2 pairs same design as wasn't sure how sizing would be. Had to contact you for return details and had to pay for 1st class post as you had requested! It would have been easier if return label had been included with order. Would definitely buy again though now I know sizing.
