HUGE apologies! Wrong company! I Left a bad review for the wrong company. I was searching for another chocolate company I purchased from. I have no idea how I managed that lol. I have never purchased from Chocolate now! I will delete the review once the edit has been seen . Sorry once again!

My brilliant idea for my niece's birthday 'card' fell adrift because her computer was down. I planned for her to choose her own chocolates, but alas, the e-mail didn't materialise of course. Magnificently Nigel came to the rescue and offered to choose them for her. Problem solved and she is so delighted she is looking forward to being a customer!

I have used this service very regular because I live in France but have relatives in the UK.
It is always sent on time and my relatives love them.

It's one of the best surprise presents you can send a friend- a text to say they can choose their own amazing selection of chocolates! So many delicious centres to choose from- pure indulgence and a really personal gift. When a box was sent to me my husband insisted on me cutting every one of mine in half so he could try them- ( I chose one of each flavour) I must admit it's the closest I have come to strangling him.
Tip: Lock yourself in a cupboard with them when they come- these chocolates are NOT for sharing!!

Having used Chocolate Now many times in the past, I knew that I could rely on them to deliver, and they didn't fail me.

I made an e-mail chocolate order and forgot to display my discount code. I then asked if anything could be done - and was told not surprisingly that it couldn't be given after the event even though the discount code is sent to my personal e-mail address. I appreciate this but as I use this company frequently it would have been nice to have had a small credit added to my account as I had bothered to ask about my discount. So I missed out - no matter, I won't be using them from now on. A shame because they are quite good - but just a 'robot' attitude to loyal customer service won't do in these difficult times.

I sent my son-in-law-in-waiting a box of personally selected individual chocolates for his birthday. The wrapping was very attractive with a personalised message too. They were delivered promptly and arrived in good condition. He liked the fact that each chocolate had been selected with him in mind - the personal touch! I've used this company on more than one occasion and they have always delivered what was promised. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others, especially if you live abroad (like me in Australia). Thank you and please keep doing what you are doing so well.

Use this company for special ocasions gifts. Service is exellent delivery is spot on. Chocolates look great and taste absolutely delicious . I have a relative who only likes dark chocolate - no problem you get to choose that. You even get to choose the fillings so no wasted ones no one likes. No problem ordering in future and would recommend to anyone.

For my dad's 90th birthday, I was able to choose chocolates that I knew he would like. They were delivered early and they looked beautiful; my dad was happy and so was I. Good price and great way to make up a box of favourites. I will be using you again when I next send chocolates to the UK!

The best Company for Chocolates is definitely Chocolate Now, I order these Chocolate's for my Dad for Birthday's and Christmas, he is 85 Years Old. So as one can imagine he has tasted a lot of chocolate, but he has never tasted Chocolate like this before, quality, texture even the way it is presented. Excellent. They are so good he keeps them for himself, why not, I would.
