Where is the Discount?

Inconvenient delay
After one week they actually processed the order and finally sent the order out: inconvenient delay. Asked for a 25% refund for the 7 day delay but this was refused

Usually very prompt. Unfortunately my latest purchase either went astray in the post or there was a mix up with the order. However, it is important to say that I have been dealing with this Company for many years and this is the first time that I have had to chase up an order. A great company
