I want my money back

Purchased the dropshipping and made a order. Nothing happened. I wrote them and they informed me, that i made a mistake with the shipping. I payed det difference and made one more order, and they said that they would send them together. Still nothing. I wrote them again, asking when they would send my puchase, it keep saying "on hold". They just wrote back that i would get a email, when shipped. Last week i wrote them, that if the items where not shipped in the end of the week, they should cancel everything and pay me back. Not even a answer!
This make me think that they are scamming! I want my money back!

Have purchased the dropshipping service…

Have purchased the dropshipping service 3 days ago. It doesn't work, I was informed that they were finishing a new script for shopify and I would get the same day. They didn't send anything nor had any news from them since. I really feel like they are a scam and I want my money back! Besides they charged me VAT when I'm a registered seller. Not professional at all!!
