They installed a complete heating system in our house, with an air source heat pump. The three guys who did the work, were efficient , fast, and a pleasure to have around. They communicated very well, and we really couldn’t fault them or their work.
Had work done at our home by plumbers arranged by Chris Allen Heating.
Their surveyor Mark Albiston did the initial survey in readiness for the installation of an air sourced heat pump & solar panels etc through the Eco 4 scheme.
Very happy with Mark & the team. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and put us totally at ease.
He kept us informed at every necessary point, the work was carried out and everything went well.

After a very professional gas boiler installation , which I was very satisfied with. I attempted to book a service for the said boiler. After TWO phone calls! The person I spoke too promised to phone me back but that did not happen. A date for a service was eventually arranged. No engineer came to my house on the agreed day. I phoned to inquire why no one had come, they promised to phone me back but this never happened! I had even asked if the company had put me on a black list which I was ensured I was not. All I can say is NEVER again.
Strange business approach from this company........ bought a property and made contact with the original installer of the boiler and central heating system Chris Allen Heating. Contacted Chris Allen himself to arrange a boiler service, seemed very keen and gave us a quote which included additional travel cost, which we accepted. Chris Allen said he was going on holiday and would arrange a date on return. No contact even after several emails to try and get a date, After three months gave up chasing Chris Allen and decided to go direct to Worcester Bosch. This story ends very well as Worcester Bosch provided us with an annual contract which includes a full service with all parts, labour and travel plus a years unlimited emergency call outs and a generous fee payable to us against a new boiler if ours isn't repairable. All this for a price less than Chris Allen Heating quoted just for an annual service!!! Many thanks to Chris Allen Heating
