Initial appointment was booked for Fri 3rd September, which they changed to Sunday 12th. Shortly before the time they were due to arrive, I receive an email - still on holiday not coming, can I come on Tuesday 7th. I said OK. Guess what, no sign of them yesterday, no email or phonecall explaining the delay.
