Very bad quality, Chinese cheap dropshopping. Still waiting for 10% of my refund after 2 weeks

Dropshipper with a bad attitude

Items are all from Shein or Temu. Cheap Chinese clothes, with 2000% mark-up. No customer services, they refuse to accept returns.

Same company has several webshops: Stella-Grace.com and Eldoraboutique.com.

Avoid at all costs.

Absolute scam. Website indicates 1-2 days delivery. It took almost 4 weeks! Website also indicated money back guaranteed within 30 days of delivery. More lies. After requesting a refund I was initially told that the photos id sent showed the items to be in perfect condition so they couldn't refund me. Absolute tosh. I complained over and over and was told to send the items to the warehouse in China! Nothing in their returns policy about this and considering their pledge to deliver in 1-2 days from NL, I was under the (wrong) impression that this was an NL company. I supposedly had 30 days to return the items but guess what... my correspondence with Tess in customer service lasted almost 30 days with the constant deflections and excuses which amount to a big fat zero. Avoid at all costs!

I have ordered a slippers on 04th of May and it cost 32.95 euros.
I have received it today 20th of May and the quality of the slippers is cheap and the packiging and how it arrived would be even better if I would order from a cheap company.
I'm deeply disappointed. And I would like to have my money back.

Fraudulent seller. Not located in the Netherlands, not subcribed in the Dutch Trade Register although a Dutch address is mentioned on their website. Stops replying when you ask to return a product.

It's a scam! The clothes were delivered from China, and there were no tags on the clothes or invoices in the bag. Their phone number doesn't work. They don't refund unless you send them a picture of the tags. I'm out 140 EUR.

the dress i had ordered i have never received i received a completely other one and the quality was the worst, i thruw the dress away thats how bad the dress was i would never recommend to buy anything here

Huge scam. Ordered a dress and got a piece of fabric. I’ve asked to return it for a refund and they asked me to return it to an address in China! With my own costs! I should have been more careful.
