Good service prompt delivery. Excellent brush. Would order again

Christie’s is a brilliant company, purchased perfumes dog bath and grooming kits harnesses etc and they have came so fast and as expected. Large variety of options that are high quality and staff can not do enough for u to get you best deal. Amanda in particular has been nothing short of a pleasure to deal with, so helpful knowledge and kind throughout. Highly recommend!!

I was trying to place an order but the system wasn't working correctly. I contacted Christie's and a lovely lady helped sort it all, she placed my order (even gave me a little discount and gift for all the issues) we were having. Sent the order for confirmation and sent a secure payment link.

When the order arrived a couple of bottles has leaked all over. I called and spoke to a kind gentleman who promptly arranged for the two replacements for the damaged items, which came within 2 days.

I couldn't fault these lovely members of staff. Thank you for being so helpful and kind.

Christies Direct had buy 3 dog clippers blades .and you get one free as an offer one of the blades wouldn’t fit they are all for the A5 clippers . But one didn’t so they send out a replacement one and that did the same .so I sent the original one and the replacement one back but they declined that was the free one so I wouldn’t get any money back or a different one free this wasn’t a offer if I didn’t get anything free blade I spent £152.53 was supposed to fit an A5 shaver which mine one is all of the other 3 blades fit so I lost out on £35.95 won’t be using this company again I have bought several items from them I will take my business somewhere else customer service should have told me if I send it back I wouldn’t get my money back hopefully they don’t treat all there customers like this

It says 1-2 days delivery on the website. I ordered on Friday, it’s now Wednesday night and still nothing?

I just bought an EMI 2.0 for my beloved dog and I’m so surprised. At the beginning I wasn’t really sure to buy it for if it wouldn’t work or if my dog wouldn’t like it but is fantastic. My dog and you don’t need to rubber accept it very well and you really can notice the difference in her teeth from day one. Thanks

Awful customer care, not even apologises from them, when there products don’t arrive or go missing, or even in a proper box, not the first time this happened, won’t shop here again lost my custom and more

they changed transport company by an order from 8 gallons shampoo the freight costs have gone up from 65 to 250 euros ,with me they lost an professional customer .

Brilliant team, always happy to help on the end of the phone or live chat. Am offer I wanted had sold out of certain things but I was able to figure something out with the team, I was in a sticky spot, they are great

Ordered the table bundle last month and honestly could not have been more helpful! I spoke with Rebecca in Sales and she was amazing! Ordered the table bundle and arranged a delivery date. Then added on an order for lots of products as opening my own place and again Rebecca made everything easy as....so helpful and got everything organised without a problem! All products arrived...all perfect! Great quality! Some items weren't available on the day but Rebecca put on back order and some have arrived already. Couldn't have been an easier experience and gold star for customer service and products!
