Never had any issues on any of my purchases, whether that be electrical or anything else down to clipper blades, shampoo etc. items have always been delivered on time, and is always well packaged. Highly recommend.

From the moment I put my order in the service was brilliant so quick and easy I was kept updated from order to delivery and it arrived on time ,the carriage was very reasonable at just under £5 for 3 heavy items compared to £14.50 for 1 item from another company .

Really bad customer service. I bought a corded clipper from them and the clipper kept cutting out. I emailed customer service a few times over a couple of months and I’ve still got no response. The clipper is still under warranty and was a lot of money. I also wasn’t working at a salon when I bought it and only used it for about 3 months before it broke. The worst customer service.

Always ordered off christies for small stuff like brushes,restraints blades ect but decided to ring up when purchasing a bath. Got speaking to Rebecca who was absolutely brilliant at her job. Her communication was fantastic both on the phone and through email. Very friendly and confident on the phone and will make it her job to look for products to suit the customer. I am setting up a salon at home and Rebecca recommended products that will help.

I recommend shampoos and conditioners, this is the best product on the market that I have come across, my dog ​​regained a beautiful moisturized coat without problems such as tangles or felts. The difference is huge, you are the best.

Prices and delivery are excellent. Called customer service about a query and the lady I spoke to could not have been more helpful. She resolved my query in the best way possible. Would definitely recommend this company to any dog groomers.

Rang up and talked to a nice man who was very polite. We talked what I was after and he answered everything in a lovely manner and I got a discount for my order so i was chuffed about that. Lovely experience the man deserved 5 stars.

Delivery time was good and the usual Groom Professional baby fresh shampoo I always use is great, but I decided to try another scent ‘raspberry gloss’ as it was at a very low price and I was very dissapointed in this shampoo. Other than the smell which is lovely, it barely lathers. You have to use so much more to get the same as the baby fresh for some reason. I have tried a couple of different scents from Groom Professional (not bought off this site) when they are on the cheap offer of around £16 for the 4l tub and all have been completely useless needing to use so much to get a good wash.

I regularly use Christie’s as the products are of good quality and value for money. Furthermore, they are usually delivered within two days!

Arrived quickly - and deshedding brush worked perfectly on our Labrador.
