Brilliant Aftercare Service!
I purchased a Groom Professional i600 Blo Combi dryer/blaster recently.
I experienced difficulties in attaching the hose to the dryer until a very lovely lady called Amanda explained how to attach it properly, as the information isn't on the instructions booklet.
Thank you to Deborah at Customer Services and to Aoife at Sales Support also for their help too.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for them.
With this in mind, when it comes to buying more equipment, I'll be definitely going to these ladies for advice!
At least by buying equipment and products from Christies Direct you know that you get great aftercare service!
