They never ship anything. Twice I tried placing orders with them and they keep extending the shipping dates, sometimes up to 11 months past the original ship date. They are full of excuses, if you're lucky enough to get a response. Only way I could get my money back was to go to the bank and do a chargeback.

I ordered a shirt and pants. It never came I asked for a refund multiple time I never got one. Big SCAM. Stay away

Ordered a pair of pants and shirt back in 2022. They never sent it to me. When I asked for a refund, they encouraged me to take a credit and buy something else in 2023. Ordered something new and still didn’t receive my order. Now I hear they are shut down. Lost my money with no way to recoup it!! Trash!!

I ordered a pair of pants in November 2023 it April of 2024 ,haven’t heard anything from them I guess I got Ripped off .Tried emailing no response now finding out their out of business..!!

Ordered a shirt on 11/23/23, got a confirmation and never got it. They're now closed so I'm just $125 in the hole.. how are you about to post a huge black Friday sale then just shut down shop and steal everyone's money. Smh

How are they still in business? Placed in order September 2023 and it is March 2024. Still no response from them.

I ordered 1 pair of pants (the burberry looking ones) and I never received them. This was in 2022 and I still email them about every 6 months. For the first few times, it was something along the lines of "Sorry we are waiting on stock expect them within the next 3 months" Basically every email was a copy-paste of a new month and a reason as to why it happened. However within the past 1 year I've emailed them 3 different times and now they have completely quit responding. I will say I have ordered 2 other times from them with 0 issues and I received my product. Unfourtantly they have lied to me about the pants for over a year and now they have resorted to not even replying to me. Can you order from them and receive your product? Sure but you could just as easily get scammed by them. I know they have some cool pants but I'd highly recommend getting them 2nd hand unless you wanna risk burning $200 for some pants you'll never get.

I wish I had looked this up sooner at Trustpilot, but it's easy to get tricked when they have many followers on Instagram.

I made a huge order in August 2022.

It's now January 2024, and I still haven't received my stuff. I have sent emails every month, and I get the same answer all the time, and sometimes a big apology with a promise of free items.

It's a big lesson: don't wait this long and pay with your credit card. You will get a refund from the credit card company if you file a claim and explain the situation within 1-2 months of not receiving the order.

It's just a big shame because the stuff looks awesome. I guess all fraudulent companies are like that.

I placed an order February of 2023. It’s about to be February again and I haven’t received any of my items but my money was definitely taken. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

Company steals your $ never ships order. I placed an order in Dec of 2022 for an entire year the company replied to my emails asking when the order would ship saying... it will ship next month. After a year they stopped replying to my emails... it is now Jan 2024, no response, no order shipped. Thefts! How can they stay in business we need to shut this fraudulent company down

It’s been over a year since I placed my order and have gotten nothing. No one will reply when you email them. SCAM

These guys are scammers and steal users money. I placed about $300 in orders with them for pants and never received my order or a refund. I will follow suite with legal action. They cant keep stealing people's money like this. This is insane. 2 months later and i'm still waiting and this is with expedited payment too.

I never received my order since April 13th 2023

My husband was given $200 giftcard as a gift. Spent it on an order in March 2023. To date he has not received anything. Generic response, but no product and no refund, it has been 9 months. SCAM.

This is my second time ordering from this company because of my experience the first time it took a long time for me to receive the outfit so now I reach out ahead of time. Do they have the shirt that I want in stock my size he tells me yes I asked how long would it take for it to be delivered? It was November 3. They told me they will ship the shirt out on 6 November, it is December 1 and I still have not received. I have reached out several times by email and all I am told is that my order is being prepared and to be patient and as soon as it is shipped I will receive a tracking a whole month later still nothing at this time all I want is a refund and no one will reach out to me. I would never order from this company ever again this is very sad and frustrating. I’m going out of the country for a month wanted the shirt that I ordered before I left. That is why I called and asked him how long would it take to be shipped? The customer service is poor there is no urgency on getting people that orders and now that I’m asking for a refund just so that I can purchase another shirt no one will answer me

Placed an order in January of this year (2023). After about two weeks, I reached out to customer service for an update on my order. No response. At that point I head to their social media accounts to inquire about my order. Comments deleted. My next plan of action was to dispute the charge with my bank, which I did. Mind you, this order was well over $200. After a few weeks, they finally responded advising that the “delay” was due to their offices relocating. They then assured that my items would be shipped within the next two weeks. This response set off my scam senses. I responded that I was no longer interested in receiving the order and a refund would be greatly appreciated. After that response I was ghosted. Sent several follow up e-mails. Ignored. Never received any further updates. Returned to their social media handles to air them out, to which my comments were once again deleted. My bank fully refunded me thankfully but that’s besides the point. EVERYONE CANT BE WRONG ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I’m here to put you on alert - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CHRISTOS NEW YORK.
