Don't do business with this company, no customer service what so ever, they don't answer phones or emails, I ordered 3 watches from them they kept my money for 8 Days and ended up canceling my orders and stated that I had canceled the orders and they blocked my account.

DONT SELL YOUR WATCH – SCAM

I sold my watch via Chrono24 (order TR-11247473). I have proof it was delivered, but the buyer falsely claimed it wasn’t and did a chargeback via card.

Chrono24 held my money but failed to act in time for this scam, so the card company released the money in the escrow account. Result: almost €5000 gone.

No support, no solution. Chrono24 responding they are “just a marketplace, not a payment provider” and stopped responding completely.

No watch, no money, no help.
