My experience with chrono24....
So I read a lot about chrono24 that they are good that they are bad and everything in-between. The thing is, its a market place(not a store) where you have different sellers, and sellers can be hones or Not. My seller was great everything went smoothly. To be sure that you have a niece experience always try to check the seller and learn as much as you can. From what I saw there are protections for clients in case something would go sideways. It never happened to me so I don't know how good aor fast they are.

Good Product, Better Service
My Tissot PRS 516 Automatic Chronograph was delivered quickly and in very good to great condition. The box that it came in included a booklet about the history of Tissot which was all in Arabic. I thought this was strange since I did not request this nor is Tissot an Arabic company. Anyway, the watch did have a tiny speck of dirt under the dial which the dealer agreed to pay for to get it cleaned without a problem whatsoever. When I took it to my local watchmaker, he had stated that the back of the watch looks scratched because someone was trying to forcefully pry it open with a sharp tool. I did not notice this but the watchmaker did. All in all, I would definitely buy from this dealer again.
