Car insurance premium renewal quote was £700.00 more than last years. Phoned to question this & the £700.00 was reduced to £300.00. more. Made a formal complaint to Churchill as nothing has changed with no claim through the year. They justified the revised increase as due to market assessment.
This business needs to quickly review their unacceptable practices.
I have arranged my comparable cover with Darwin who have charged me less than last years Churchill premium.

We had a water leak from underneath
the kitchen sink, flooding the kitchen.
Churchill dealt with this very urgently.
We were delighted that he came very
quickly. He diagnosed the problem
and luckily he had the replacement
part and quickly installed, tested
and explained fully what he
had done, and was on his way to
Northampton .
He was very pleasant, professional
and we feel lucky that he was allocated
to us. Therefore we have given
him 5 stars.
