WOW !!! I have just returned home from work to see my new assembled garden shed from Churnet Valley Garden Furniture. I couldn’t be more pleased it looks fantastic and very well constructed, I can tell this shed will last for years and years to come. From my first contact with the company to the finished product everyone has been very helpful and professional !!! All my neighbours are very jealous. If you want a well constructed garden shed that will last for years look no farther than Churnet Valley Furniture, you won’t be disappointed and there prices are very reasonable to. I am so pleased with the shed I am going to order one of their deluxe picnic tables.

Understanding staff on the phone when I called after the delivery

We visited Churnet's Head Office and factory on 10.08.26 hoping to buy an Antoinette 3 Seater Swing. We were standing outside looking lost when a passing factory employee stepped up and took us to the right entrance. Once inside we were warmly greeted by Pete Barker who listened to our needs before taking us to the showroom to see the product. We were vey impressed by its' construction and finish. Paperwork completed, Pete offered to have the seat assembled on delivery - a bonus as we're in our 80's! On delivery day (19.08.26) there was a delay of a few hours due to a vehicle problem but the lady I spoke to in the office was easy to talk to and empathetic. It was delivered and erected by John, a most helpful and polite ambassador for Churnet. We are very happy with the build and finish of the product and customer service was exceptional.

Really prompt delivery, customer service excellent at responding to queries and the quality of the furniture is extremely high.

Bought a Garden Room and on the strength of that redid our patio decking with the same Norwegian timber. Real quality stuff straight and heavy. It makes you realise what rubbish in on sale at DIY centres. The guy who delivered/installed the Garden Room was real decent bloke. A fair price for a superior product. Well pleased.

Really recommend this company, recently had a garden shed built by Luke and Kyle. Seem to be a friendly and efficient company.

If I could give zero stars I would. The arbour was delivered 5 weeks ago and a fault immediately identified with the roof, to say it was a poets day build would be an understatement. The right side of the roof is shorter than the left by approximately 30mm. Despite numerous attempts to rectify this with the supplier, I still have an arbour unbuilt sitting on the pallet. Pity I can’t show pictures

I bought a £300 garden cupboard great materials but absolutely appalling assembly of parts which meant I returned two cupboards entirely and only got a replacement roof and front panel for the third one with the help of the retailer concerned. The replacement had clearly been taken apart and reworked obviously with poor grace given the quality of work but I accepted it just to be done with the whole affair and because I could fix the remaining defects myself. On a £300 cupboard.
Churnet Valley themselves ignore emails by the way.
I wouldn't but a bird table off them after this and it is a pity I can't share all the photos of poor workmanship here.

Just ordered a potting bench from this company and am very pleased with it. It fitted together well and assembly was a breeze with good diagrams and instructions you could actually read without the use of a high strength magnifying glass!. Lovely, well made item.

Arrived on time and product was as described. The only thing that wasn't as it should be was the lining for the trug. It came in one piece which was difficult to fit but not insurmountable.

The barbecue shelving we bought is excellent, just a shame they did not communicate all the delivery issues.

Ordered 4 long length of cherry wood. Good communication throughout and delivered quickly. Well wrapped and straight. No not and 100% straight. A+++
