Terrible service. I'm still waiting for a return label and agreement - yet I've been given "14 days" to make the return. Customer drive is slow, unclear and difficult to contact. You really need to up your service if you're going to compete with the other low cost tech providers. I'm a repeat customer and this has truly put me off buying more products.

Shipping and service is a little slow. have yet to receive the laptop.

I recently heard about the CHUWI Gemibook Pro, so after researching them I ordered one. It arrived here in New Zealand in less than a fortnight of purchasing it, wrapped properly for protection during transit.

My new Gemibook Pro seems to be of high quality. Though time will tell as I use it in the coming months and the year.

The price was also great considering the laptops specifications and capabilities.

I intend to use my Gemibook Pro for Office Word.

Overall, I am pleased with the laptop, and the express delivery.

It was a great experience as usual. My order arrived on time. So pleased with my order.

Send back, in January 24, my CHUWI MINIBOOK X to CHUWI at an EU address, CHUWI sent it back to China and although I ask regularly, they ignore me or same answer "we have a lot of return, be patient" ..
No remind proposal, they block you on social media
They are dishonest .. avoid them

Minibook failed after 2 weeks

I ordered a Minibook X in December. It failed after 2 weeks. Refused to boot 80% of the time. When I did get it to start up it would blue screen within a few minutes. Windows diagnostic reported power supply issues, so obviously a failure from the factory. All of this was documented and communicated to Chuwi support.

The Chuwi warranty is worth less than nothing. After contacting Chuwi support they first wasted my time insisting I reinstall windows multiple times, providing an ISO at 5 kbps. If you are not technical enough to flash an ISO support presumably ends here. Some weeks later they requested I ship it back to them at my own expense. This cost another 80 euro. Despite the carrier assuring me it was delivered Chuwi say they have not received it and will not honour the warranty.

End result 380 euro for a laptop that lasted all of two weeks.

I've bought 3 Chuwi products in the past 4 years, the latest being a Minibook X about 2 years ago. The Mini failed a few weeks ago - no power, nothing and it wasn't a battery failure. The only reply I got from Chuwi was that sorry, out of warranty, no help from us. I would have expected that they could offer to repair it for a fee but nada. Given the number of posts relating to this problem with the MiniBook, I doubt if my experience is unique. No more Chuwi for me.

Customer support are supportive but its a bit late you get reply from them!Its affordable product but delivered faulty sometimes.There is no warehouse in uk and it takes time to be delivered!But still i like they are providing good featured laptops with the price range worth it!Good job chuwi keep making durable and good products!!

The shipment to UK arrived more quickly than anticipated and with no delays on the way. I was very happy to get my item early, a pleasant surprise.

We have received the Mini Book X N100 10.51 " Grey but, The Screen Protector + Hi Pen H8 stylus is MISSING.

This is a very bad experience for me.
