Ghosting me!!
On 2/13/2024, I placed an order with Chy Hair Growth Company. I immediately received an email saying my order was received and was being prepared, they will notify me via email when it shipped. According to there policy should be no more than 5 days. They received their payment, i checked, Now it has been about five weeks with no word from the company. I have emailed them twice asking for a status with no response as well as calling them leaving a message asking for the same information. I've ordered,from them before with no problem but this time, looks like they took the money and ran. I won't be ordering from them anymore, they have lost a customer in me. My order # was 3273. I have no idea about their situation but clearly this company is having issues but they are still allowing people to place orders even though they have no intention of filling them. - Columbus, Ohio

I ordered 1 complete.hair growth system and was sent 2. I called customer service number 601-324-7967 and no answer a few times during working hr. Voice mails completely full. It's going to return the extra order and Keep tracking no# and dispute the charges on my Credit Card with proof of return. I don't like chasing a company down when I have a issue. Chy Hair , do better. My order # 36164 if you care to correct the problem.

After shopping on Chy Hair Grow for about good 6 months now. My hair started improving so fast! I applied this oil 3 times a day and after the first 3 weeks, I started to see a difference in my hair! Like I said, I've been using the aloe vera hair growth oil from here for about 6 months now and I can’t even believe how much this has changed my life. It restored my self-confidence and gave me hope that there are good companies out there selling good products that make difference in people's lives. I am so grateful to have had such a wonderful experience I just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU!
