Extra postage charges and dose confusion
I’ve been struggling with anxiety and falling and staying asleep recently and so I ordered the 10% cbd oil to try and had great results. The only thing was the bottle was used up so quickly (like a week) and so I decided to go with the 20% so it lasted longer and took up the 3 for 2 offer. It take a while to arrive and then I had a note posted through my door from the courier saying I had more postage to pay before they would deliver as the sender hasn’t paid enough postage (I’m based in the UK). I didn’t have this the first time I ordered. Anyway I was so pleased when it arrived that I would be sleeping well again but the 20% hasn’t helped at all. So now I don’t know whether it was all my just in my head the first time, or maybe the 20% isn’t effective for me like the 10% was. which doesn’t really make sense. Maybe I will try the products targeted specifically for sleep but that’s more expense and wait!

The service is fast
The service is fast, but when you enter the floor and the respective letter in the address field, what happens is that the address does not show up the letter, in the end. What happened the first time I ordered was that they didn't deliver the order right away because of this. They rang on all the doors on that floor (there are 4). I was at home, but because of the intercom, they didn't hear me and left.
But the product is great and has been very good for my dog.
