Terrible company

Terrible company. SCAM. I can’t get my package and the tracking says delivered. It has been 2 months. I know tariffs screw things up but DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They had the wrong address when they sent the packages in two parts. They will be refunding me for that but the other was lost in the mail so I’m shit out of luck.

This company is awful!!

This company is awful!!! I ordered a shirt for a concert and made sure to check their quoted shipping times. It's listed on the website as 10-15 business days so when my item never arrived in that time frame I contacted the company who told me it takes 2-5 WEEKS to be shipped from the warehouse and when I asked for a refund, all they did was keep sending me the tracking number over and over and told me they hope I could enjoy my purchase for another occasion. Completely BS!!!! That package hasn't moved in two days. Don't waste your time or money on them!

Horrible company

Horrible company - scam - it has been 6 weeks and item has not arrived - I have reached out several times and I get bogus looking updates on shipping, but no ETA - claims to have cleared US customs 10 days ago and no tracking info. I paid for two day shipping - BEWARE and avoid. They did offer me a $10 credit on my next purchase - HAHA

Shipping Takes Way Longer Than Expected

I placed orders on 6/16 and 6/17, and still not have not received my items a month later. The tracking information provided is inconsistent and difficult to follow. I finally found information in small print on the site regarding how to track my package using a random 3rd party site. In 2025, it's essential that a business provide a clear, transparent expectation for delivery.

Delivery takes 90+ days!

I ordered 6 things on April 16, thinking “I know it’s going to take a while, but it will be ok, pride isn’t until the end of June”…. 3 things shipped in two days, received by April 30.

The ones I wanted to wear for pride took 60 days to ship!!! And only shipped after I started emailing daily. They changed the status to “warehouse” on 6/21 and the items sat there until 7/3. They still aren’t here in the US, 4 weeks after changing to “warehouse” status. 90+ days later. Of course they weren’t here in time for Pride. Emailing does no good. They offer discounts on future orders… like I will EVER order from them again.

The quality of what does show up is super cheap and plasticy.

The quality of the clothes are…cheap

The quality of the clothes are terrible. There is no brand tag associated with the clothes. The materials are subpar with the clothes hanging off the body with no tailored fit. The clothes must be bought from china and takes weeks to arrive.

After requesting a refund - I was told only a minor refund would be available or a reduced store credit. Complete scam! Avoid at all cost. They advertise great clothes - send terrible quality clothes.

Bought without checking reviews

I saw an advertisement for this on Instagram, and it looked interesting. I ordered some of clothes, around ~$120 ahead of the pride month. After 2 weeks I didn't receive anything and checked my order and it was being shipped from China and stuck in Hong Kong. After 1 month I received 4 out of 5 items, with the last shipped later. I knew that it would be bad as soon as I opened the package, as the colours were a slightly different shade to the pictures. In the pictures it was attractive pastelle, but these ones were harsh red, blue etc. Think Windows 98 scheme vs Windows 11. I then tried these and everything apart from socks were unusable. I can't even comprehend how someone would design something like this. For example, suspenders shorts had fixed length suspenders and these were too long, while the short front and back were symmetrical, so that my crack was visible. There was also a stitch right across the front and the back of the short, which is just crazy. The "rainbow suspender pride bodysuit" was too short from top to bottom, but the thong sides were on my ribs. Again, it is just amazing how someone could make something so poorly designed. The last item has not arrived after 1 month, and I won't need it later. But I suspect it will be awful just like the rest. In conclusion, do not buy anything here.

Ordered 2 items for my sons birthday

Ordered 2 items for my sons birthday , he chose them I placed order and waited. This order was placed on 1st June.
So far, 1 item has turned up. When I look on the order status, the remains item is still not shipped . No tracking options available either.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, I’ve emailed the company twice already , with no response . So I am supposing that We can assume that the second part of the order will not be sent. These items were expensive as well. Dreadful .!!!

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would!! My order was delivered at 11:15 PM and left outside my building. Of course it was stolen. Why would anyone in their right mind deliver an order at 11:15 PM. In the best case, you are likely to wake someone up to receive it. If not, you would have to leave it outside and risk it being stolen. The smart thing would be to just deliver it the next day during normal delivery hours. Customer Service refuses to refund me for the order claiming Ciciful is not responsible. How am I responsible for this??

Don't buy there

Don't buy there. This company doesn't have their shit together at all.
Out of an order of 4 items, 1 didn't get shipped (I asked for a refund) the rest of the order has been in delivery limbo for the last 5 weeks.
Not sure if I'll ever receive what I ordered but I'm certain I will never buy from these guys again.

Despite the seemingly accommodating reply from the support, it is clear that this order will never be honoured.

A Surprisingly good experience

Facebook often promotes scam websites, but my experience with Ciciful was good, My only complaint is slow shipping time (4 weeks). Ciciful has a lot of very cute play clothes that I cannot find anywhere else for the price. Some of the items were actually better quality than I expected. I even ordered one of the 10 item surprise boxes, and while I have only worn 3 of the ten, we had great fun opening to items... and we plan to give some of the items as gag gifts!

very long delivery times

I don't normally write reviews but I think its important to let people know that delivery times from this company are really long, and this is something that they don't highlight at the time of purchase, it was only after a lot of searching of their website that I finally found the small print about their 'shipping policy' but by that time I'd already ordered and paid. If you're used to orders arriving in a reasonable amount of time, this probably isn't the website to use. I'm now left with items that I've paid for that I no longer want or need as the event I bought them for has happened. A total waste of my money and so easily avoided if they had provided clear and upfront information on shipping times before I'd paid so that I could have made a fully informed choice about whether to buy from them. Unfortunately one star is the lowest rating I can give.
