Website states they accept returns but do not mention that the warehouse is in China. Shipping to China is a minimum $60-$70 to an upwards of $200. It would cost you more to return the dress so now I have extra dresses due to their fraud return policy

Very responsive over email! Had to get different custom size on a dress and they were very helpful with this.

My dress came very quickly, less than 2 weeks. It was well-made and fit perfectly!

Avoid dealing with this company. Cincinia pretend they are a UK company but they must be based elsewhere abroard. They refused to change flower girl's dress for my wedding, which was far too small and cost £53 plus postage. They say they want me to pay a further £30 for a larger size dress and they say I can keep the small dress, which I don't need. I just want to return this perfectly new dress which was wrongly sized. I now don't trust this company and I would advise you not to deal with them.

I ordered a long black velvet dress for my son’s wedding, it is beautiful and designed to make you look thin thru the waist.
The company has really gone above to make sure i am pleased with what i ordered. I would order again from them as they have really communicated with me.

The customer service that I received from start to finish was amazing! They answered all of my questions promptly, I received the order earlier than expected and the dress was absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend ordering from Cicinia!

I ordered a dress. When it arrived, I tried it on right away, and I was blown away with comfortable it was. It fit perfectly. I made sure to take my measurements before ordering.
It had a gold embellishment on the left shoulder, that I was not happy about. When I reached out to customer support, I wasn't exactly nice. I thought it was a cover up to a seam that wasn't finished. They pointed out that the dress comes with that. I missed it when I was looking at the dress. I felt like a toad, I apologized immediately and they were so gracious, even though I didn't feel like I deserved it.

I ordered a dress to wear for a wedding. I normally wear a size 8, so that’s what I ordered. It was too small, so I reached out and was told it would be expensive to send back and would have to pay a restocking fee. I was then told give them my exact measurements and pay $30 and they would make a new one for me. I asked what I should do with the original dress and was told to do whatever I want with it. The new dress came and it fits perfectly! I was so impressed with the customer service that I received from Amber! I appreciate all that she’s done for me. Thank you, Amber!

The material is not what expect it to be. And about the charge, I used my credit card but it went to PayPal .

Cicinia was AMAZING to work with! I ordered two custom dresses (both for flower girls). They confirmed the custom measurements via email. They quickly shipped the dresses and went above and beyond to get the dresses made and delivered in a very short time period!

After recently leaving a review of my negative experience on Cicinia's website, I went back on their website only to realize that my review had been deleted. What's the point in allowing someone to leave a review of their personal experience if you're going to delete it for not being positive? As if their company didn't seem shady enough.

Would love to order from this company, however they don’t offer maternity sizes. It’s 2024. How are we still not inclusive of expecting women? As a bride, I’d take my business elsewhere.

Outfit is very beautiful but had to order size within measurements so after I rec’d it needed to have alterations done. Found the sheer overlay on the pants very long, tripping hazard…but otherwise very nice ❤️

My outfit for my son's wedding is beautiful! I had it made to order, using my own measurements, and it fits perfectly. When I needed assistance, I emailed Cicinia and always received a response right away. It was a great experience all around.

Outstanding customer service and responsiveness and a beautiful product! I found Cicinia about a month out from my son’s wedding after having a very difficult time with a different on-line shop. When I messaged them to see if they could expedite my order, Amber responded right away. She helped clarify what I needed, worked with me to order a custom size instead of the multiple outfits I ordered in different sizes, checked in on sizing questions along the way to be sure the measurements were correct, and I received a gorgeous outfit with a week to spare! I felt heard, taken care of, and informed throughout - I can’t recommend them highly enough!
