DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I made a purchase with these rude people, they sent a leaking bottle, which resulted in the parcel being returned to them by postNL. They then sent the leaking bottle to me AGAIN, and when I complained about it, all they did was offer me a €5 refund, for a bottle worth €18. When I pointed out how that is not fair, they replied with, and I kid you not, the most unacceptable customer service I have EVER received. Below is the actual reply I received from these d*ckheads:
“ You must be the first person since we exist since 2009 with a complaint. Comngratulations!

Our policy is on our website, in Dutch as we work according to Dutch rules, is in case of a disagreement, we can ask you to send the whole parcel back. As soon as we have received the parcel we pay back the whole payment. Return shipping costs are on your own expense as stated in our policy, and because you are based outside the Netherlands as a customer.

We have put enough time in this order. If we had paid you 5 euro for the bottle we had not earn a single penny, and this parcel has cost 40 minutes of work!”

This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable customer service. I did not write anything that warranted such a hostile response, but now I am freaking p*ssed, and you had better believe that I will be writing negative reviews of this shop on every possible platform. I only wish it was possible to give 0 stars. I am genuinely in shock at this treatment.
