I have Ordered an RDA, it cames Defective.
There is a bendage on the postdeck, because of this there is a little gap between the glas and the Postdeck section.
in this condition this RDA is absolutely useless.
The Support wanted me to send them a video to proof, so i did.
Now, 4 weeks later, no one gives a f.ck.

This was my last order from this Company for sure.
(it doesn't matter if cigabuy or cigabest...)

I paid for the goods for delivery, 2 weeks do not send, in support ignore, no way to get through.

First time purchase from this company and not a bad one. My order only took 8 days from China during the Christmas period.
The price of my Pulse AIO kit was unmatchable anywhere else in the world! (£42)
Shame they don't sell the AIO accessories, otherwise they'd get another order immediately from me.

Can't believe how bad this company is ordered 6 items they sent me 3 items out of them 3 items 2 of the items were the wrong items tried to contact them many times and they just ignored my emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY the are a bunch of bandits and liars that take your cash and run. Shop with them at your own risk i know i will never buy from them again

The mod arrived in Scotland within 6 days of ordering.

I bought a mod starter kit with 2 tanks and some accessories. Had some problems, a missing (pre-order) item, even if I check out box: "do not send until item is available". Pre-order had to be available in 14 days, at the moment I was ordering. Eventually it took 3 months, to collect all bits. Selected shipment by airmail. So, it can take longer than expected, but it is not a scam imao. Customer service was nice and responsive in my case.

I bought a couple of ecigs from cigabuy, 3 different orders, spent over 150$ în total. Everything seemed fine until one of the items came defective out of the box. They asked me for all sorts of proof that the item was "original" after THEY sold it to me, photos, video proof and they try every trick in the book to stall for time and avoid responsability. Finally, their solution to a defective item is "20CB Cigabuy points" with is the equivalent of 2$. Now my 2nd parcel arrived and guess what? Another defective ecig mod out of the two i paid for. I've been scammed badly. This company is a joke. Avoid buying from Cigabuy. There are other reputable ecig stores out there. I will probably have to open a PayPal dispute to get things straight with them. The after sales team responds in a broken english and avoid any reaponability.

Edit: After i poster this review, they promissed to send me a 2.80$ item as a token for my troubles. Guess what? Nothing! Liars and scammers.

Update : Now, the 3rd parcel arrived in 18 days despite being bought in the EU store (higher prices) and despite paying for express DHL shipping (3-7 days). They advertise the fast shipping on the first Page of their website. Don't get fooled. It took 18 days for my parcel to get to me. I opened a dispute with paypal. The only way you can get your money back or solve a problem with these people is through a dispute with PayPal. Once i opened the dispute, suddenly the mails came pouring in with promises that if i close my case, they will refund me the transport amount and so on. My dispute is still open and paypal mailed me that i will get a partial refund.

Avoid Cigabuy at all costs. You will be sorry.

Placed many orders now with no issues at all. Highly recommended. Delivery usually within 6-8 days but I reckon that depends on your local carrier but still 6-8 days is pretty good considering the bargain prices you get. This is by far my most used & trusted overseas retailer & I couldn't be happier. Thanks cigabuy.

I know that some of the reviews say that this store or company is not a reputable vape shop or vape store and that could have been true a long time ago but recently I've had no issues with any of the products that I've bought except for one. And I was notified that the product was no longer available, and then quickly asked if I needed a refund and they refunded me within 24 hours. shipping is a little longer but you have to expect that because it's coming from China or Europe so you're not going to expect it to be in your possession for at least a week that's just the nature of the beast unless you pay for a fast shipping. overall, you can't beat their prices for some other products that some other items are just absolutely cheap and they're authentic so I go to them whenever I look for a few things on a budget and their coils are authentic I mean everything that I've received has been authentic and I can't complain much only the thing like I said I can complain about it is that one item that they didn't have that I really wanted but like I said they notified me that I wasn't available and they refunded me right away so I don't know what else they could have done besides have the item available. for the prices that you're paying you should definitely give this a shot. In this world things change and perceptions of stores can change as well and I believe this store probably had a bad rap at beginning and for my inpatient people who wanted their stuff right away which is not possible when it's traveling over 2,000 miles and I think it's only fair to give them a shot and give them a try because I was scared at first to be honest with you I was really worried that after my first purchase or anything went smoothly the second one went smoothly and then it was just like any other store just a great cheap authentic vape products for sale.
