They are awful. Cigars never derived. Shipped from Hungry and ended up in Costa Rica. I called and emailed and tracked the Hungary post. No return calls or emails and our cigar lounge is out over $3000. I would not trust them at all. Now just to get my money back. Orlando their manager doesn’t respond either
