Paid 48hrs delivery still nothing this was 7 days ago

Terrible. Avoid.
Ordered 31st March paid for next day delivery. Still no sign a week later and no response from customer services.

No matter what you order, they always send you wrong flavour, and wrong amount.
Tried to contact customer service several times, but they wont answer.
Two orders and almoust 300 pound.

Ordered from here twice now both times the orders were wrong, the customer care is shocking tbh they don’t reply to any emails and it took me about 7-8 weeks to get my money back for the first order, I’m now in the process of trying to get the money back for the second order but I’m sure that won’t happen for a few months. If you like to get your cash robbed from you then this is definitely the place to go if not stay well clear.

Scam. Order was wrong and incomplete also wrong flavours. The customer care is none existent you will not get a reply. 118 pound on product. Robbed.

I used to get all my vapes here with no problems. But this year my orders have been wrong .
My latest order in February, I received only half my order, which were the wrong flavours, and the remaining part of my order has never turned up.

They do not respond to emails at all! I’ve been robbed of about £35.
I will not buy again from here!

The ordering proccess was super easy, and my vape arrived earlier than expected. I had a few questions about the product, and the customer service team was really helpfull.

The only slight issue was that one flavor I wanted was out of stock, but they recommended another, and it turned out even betterrr!

First time ordering, and I'm so impressed. My vape arrived well packaged and in prfect condition. I will definitly be recomending this to my friendz!

This company runs a scam. I ordered vapes for over 130 pounds, and after waiting 4 weeks for delivery I contacted costumer service. After another two weeks of waiting, Mark “kindly” responds by sending me a link that supposedly shoved me that my order was shipped two days after my ordering date. It also showed me that my order was stopped. This parcel was recently identified as containing items suspected of being prohibited or dangerous it said in the tekst. And the best part was that the destination on the package was Australia. I live in Norway 🇳🇴. So for everyone that will place an order on this site, your money will probably be lost. This hole site is a big scam. And their so called customer service, dos not exist at all.

Ordered 2 vapes, one faulty with burnt taste after first charge.
Other vape lasted one week only where should have lasted a month.
Customer service shocking, delay in responding to queries and not resolved the issue from a month ago.
Will not order from them again. Avoid at all costs ! £25 wasted 😔

This company is fantastic! I've been ordering RandM Tornado 9000 for a while now, and they've never disappointed. Products are high-quality, delivery is quick, and the team is always friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Cigma Vape truly goes above and beyond. I ordered a vape that was out of stock, but they upgraded me to a higher-capacity model at no extra cost. Quick updates and excellent service. My go-to vape store from now on!

Terrible service!!! Don't waste your time with this company. First order they got wrong but we accepted it as it was too much trouble to return it. They offered a 5% discount and a free vape with a followup order. This order was once again messed up and no promised free vape was enclosed.

Absolutely horror experience. Ordered 5 vapes and I payed extra for quicker delivery. They said it was dispatched, it wasn't, they dispatched it eventually after Days and days of begging them for an update. Vapes arrived eventually but I received completely different vapes and different flavours, a week after still no reply. I won't be using them again, I can't stop wondering how are they still in bussiness with a customer service like this.SHOCKING that a company can get away with things like this nowadays. I will make a formal complaint to the relevant authorities.

Terrible terrible company, my er was returned to them in September, sent copies of all emails from Royal Mail and to this day still no refund, they are cowboys AVOID

Great value for money, attractive website and reasonable delivery times
