The service is really good.
I returned one of the dresses and received a refund directly via the way I paid.
Also they helped me getting the right sizes as I e-mailed them, not knowing whether I had to choose a size 36 or 38.

I've worn different dresses from different collection of Cilem Tunc and I got to say: I absolutely loved each item I've gotten from them! As someone who travels a lot for work I'm always looking for a unique but effortless dress or outfit for a fun night out or for a serious business meeting, and it always goes perfect for each occasion. It's just easy to style and it's classy and timeless.

Important to note that the materials are soft, delicate, and stay beautiful after many wears. Just as pretty as in the pictures. I highly recommend it!!

I’ve been waiting for my money back, for 4 months now. They keep saying they will refund it. What a shitty company!! They can’t do this to people money!!

I purchased a dress in February and didn't hear back until mid-March when they informed me of delays and that the dress would be part of their new collection. The dress finally arrived in April, but it didn't fit, was of very poor quality, and had some production defects, so I sent it back immediately on April 18th. The postal service confirmed delivery the next day.

Celim Tunc took four weeks to confirm their acceptance of the return. Three weeks later, I inquired about the refund and was told it would take eight weeks. Now, twelve weeks later, they refuse to issue the refund, claiming the dress is now part of their summer sales and therefore cannot be refunded.

In the mean time, there is no communication possible, only standardized responses.

This is no more and no less than a scam.

I ordered the dress on June 4th and I received the item on 11 th of July. During that time I emailed twice that I don’t want product anymore . They sent it to me , I returned it immediately with cargo cost . Then they gave me voucher instead of returning my money . Never again ! . I will contact with my lawyer if I don’t get my money back in a week. Strongly warning other customers to avoid shopping even though the design is good , customer service is terrible !!!

They won't give you your money back if you return the goods! Be aware. Authorities will be contacted unless we receive the refund for returned items..

I’m writing to share my experience with this site. I ordered a dress, but it didn’t fit, so I had to return it. Now, three months later, I still haven’t received my money back. Initially, they said it would take up to 8 weeks, which I accepted. Then, they sent me a voucher for a new purchase due to “technical reasons,” but I don’t plan to buy anything else—I just want my €140 back. I do not recommend shopping here; it feels like a scam.

Already waiting more then 3 weeks on my purchase, had bougt a dress for my wife for an occasion. This occasion has already bin passed. I have received 1 mail after my complaint, they tell me that it has bin send, but cant send me a track and trace link.

Update :
After 4 weeks i did get my package, despite all the reviews i had read here, i was expecting to get nothing or really cheap creap, but the dress was ok, ans nice packed.
In all honesty i think this shop needs very urgently a new management, the way they run this company is not ok. I hope they will act on it, and try to make things right, because the dresses are really nice designed, they only need to a way beter team to handle the sales and i guess the finances.

I have upgraded my 1star review to a 2 star review, i still think you have to be careful doing business with them

Don't even think about it.
This is a scam website. I ordered dresses for my holiday and they ended up being too small. I returned them and paid the shipping myself. I never received a confirmation email for my return so I emailed customer support. They confirmed few days later that they received my return and will get back to me. Now, a week later I am receiving an email that I won't be refunded but rather given a voucher. And why? I quote: "Unfortunately, due to a current system issue, we are unable to process this exchange on our end."

I am asking for my money back. Having a current system issue is not a valid reason not to give a refund on returned good.

If I am not given my money back I will be pressing legal charges for this. This is far from okay!

Not good at all...
As I was wearing the dress for the first time, the left strap jus broke while I was walking to the restaurant.
I emailed te company on April 13th regarding the broken strap.
On april 17th , I received a request for photos, which I promptly provided.
However, I have not heard back from them since then....(this is my second dress from cilem).
My first dress so far so good, the only complain that I had about it was the "delivery time".
I had to wait for weeks in order to receive it.
Purchased on March 7th and received it on March 22nd.
The company did sent an email with an apology for the delay.
So I was about to order a third dress and give it another chance but after this experience and noticing today the misleading advertising about a 50% discount, I have decided against it.
I'm normally not a review writer but after seeing the misleading advertising and receiving an email about we love your feedback and not coming back on my email of April 17th I decided to write this.
The advertise sale on her website claims a 50% reduction, but the prices remain nearly unchanged.
For example, my previous order (my dress was priced at 180 euro). Now the same dress is claimed to be 310 euro and the sale price is listed as 165 euro.
This is deceptive!!!!
