I have many pieces from Cinco! Their jewelry are made one piece at a time not mass produced. They stand by their quality, everything is genuine and real, a lot of heart and soul goes into making each piece. They have a quality guarantee and they ship super fast anywhere!

This must be the most perfect brand in jewelry in Portugal. The pieces are timeless and can be used with every outfits. Can’t wait till new launches!

I was a big fan of Cinco until their very expensive earrings changed colour and turned into like rust looking after one use. Their excuse was basically me wearing them, as i really don’t understand the care conditions they have. Like contact with humidity, perfumes, creams… and my ph levels of my skin??? Unfortunately I live in a very humid country, I use perfumes but I’m careful with my jewelleries, I don’t spray them directly, I think is common sense… and same with my lotions, so therefore your expensive jewellery are very bad quality. Or we are supposed to keep them in their box??? And just look at them??? Yet you advertise them around water and beaches. I hope everyone thinking about buying from you will read this. As I can’t leave reviews on your website. And your customer service is absolutely terrible. Offering me a re-gold plating at my expense and wait for that service up to 5 weeks? It made me laugh.

Seems like a great company, although I was unable to find the Cinco ‘mouth decorations’ as per the YouTube advertisement, might be a different company.

What made my experience great was the fact that you guys are offering free shipping to the US. I also appreciate that I found an extra 15% off coupon in an ad on Facebook. That coupon gave me the push to finish my purchase and I was able to buy more items. I wish your inventory had more quantities, as there are so I wanted to buy like the DIVA ear cuff but it was not longer available.

Bad and cheap quality!
I recently purchased three pairs of earrings from CINCO after seeing them recommended by an influencer. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. The earrings are of bad, cheap quality. One of the earrings was faulty right out of the box. I reached out to CINCO via email, but I never heard back from them.

When I tried to leave a review on their website and Instagram, they didn't allow it. It seems like they know their product's quality is poor and don’t want the feedback to be public. I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service.

Would not recommend!

I sent them an email and told them that the quality of the products was very bad, they turned black after very short time and stopped wearing the rings. And thought I should send them an email and ask after sometime, without being sure if they are in guarantee period anymore. The answer was very superficial, saying that for sure the fault was “factors can be the water contact, the humidity of the room where they are keep, the parfums and creams in the skin and even the ph of the skin (some people have a long durability for gold plated necklaces)”. Meaning my fault. And she said that yeah I can send them back for another golden bath. On my expense, another bath with the same quality. Of course I wouldn’t send them back, pay a lot of money for transport, when I saw they didn’t even take a bit of responsibility for how the rings looked like after so less time of wearing them. Sometime ago I saw they are aggressively advertising and thought I would give them a review. Guess what? They do not post a negative review. Lame. Do not buy, very bad quality for very expensive products!

LE: As a reply to your reply. It is unfortunate that you think you did everything you could when in fact you didn’t do anything! The rings have darkened after so little time of wearing them and it is no use to say that your products are superior because they are not! I wish I could upload a picture to show better how they look and how other products from other brands look after wearing them the same amount of time! You should in fact accept reviews on your website because I know for sure a lot more customers would be unhappy! If it was silver underneath the golden the rings would have just be discolored and not as dark as they are now. I have a lot of jewels and I know what I say. The prices for your products are so high it is not even worth mentioning. And the quality and the responsibility of the owner is embarrassingly low. Probably the fact that Andreea Ali is advertising for them won’t last forever…

As I expected when I first purchased something from Cinco, the quality and design and simply beautiful. I am already more than happy with my collection.
I had a problem with one pair of earrings, and after I spoke with them, they send it to repair and I had them back fixed and perfect after just one week. So I recommend the brand, fully trusted!

I recently purchased a gorgeous pair of earrings. Upon arrival, there was a small issue with them. Cinco customer service responded promptly, and replaced the earrings. This was my first purchase, I will continue to purchase from Cinco. Beautiful pieces, and excellent customer service!!

I bought 3 items after seeing a collaboration with Ali Andreea on Instagram. They were all nice at first but unfortunately a) one of the clasps has broken and b) the coating is fading on another. With regards to the broken clasp (making it unwearable), I contacted customer support 3 times before I got any response, and although I described what had happened and sent a picture (could have sent a video) support refused to replace the single broken earring and insisted I had to pay the post them back to Portugal where they are now stuck with Portuguese customs. I appreciate Customs is not within Cinco's control but I feel this heavy-handed approach to a quality issue is not well handled. I now would not buy any further items from this brand.
