Your website is broken everywhere

Your website is broken everywhere. Whenever I try to purchase a ticket all sorts of "runtime" errors occur.
It has been broken like this for months if not years.

Generally a nice experience with a big…

Generally a nice experience with a big screen and so on, but had a very unpleasant feeling about that after we visited the cinemaxx Aarhus C last time.
I did not realize that I booked 3 tickets (400 DKK in total) for a wrong day, a previous day to be correct, so I could not use those 3 tickets at the control. While I do understand, that it was my mistake, I think the Cinemaxx could at least make a 50 % deduction for the price of 3 tickets that I had to buy on the day we came. The cinema was completely empty - they could easily appreciate my little investment! After all I payed twice for something people did not come to watch. I would understand if the cinema was full... But this is just an example of how they should not treat people if they want people to come back! Two stars for you, the greedy ones, because your customer service ruins all your faincy screens and sound systems. :)

bad quality of screen

The screen quality is poor , we saw Dude in Sal 7 , half of movie is without any details on the screen. is almost like watching in the university hall screen quality.

Dirty

Dirty, had not been cleaned from the previous film do we had to sit amoungst all the trash and popcorn from the earlier group.

Don't bother calling their phone number…

Don't bother calling their phone number on the website... they never ever pick up no matter what time or day you call them.
Automatic message tells you the line is busy... no waiting or hold just Immediately hung up on. Get better customer service or phone lines.

I can understand why airport workers use noise cancelling headsets

Went to see Suicide Squad 2 the 11th August 2021 in Aarhus, and unfortunately couldn't enjoy the movie as much as I'd have liked due to the high volume in the IMAX room.

We get it, immersive experience with huge screen and surround sound, but we got out of the movie feeling dizzy and with headache.

Please fix the volume of the IMAX room. Won't be visiting again, since it is absolutely no fun to feel pain while watching a movie that should entertain you.

If you experience issues like this again - please contact a member of staff immediately, and they will investigate if there is a flaw in the system. IMAX is calibrating the light and sound in the auditorium every morning, so the movies are played at the levels recommended by the filmmakers. I will pass on your comment to IMAX. IMAX Fisketorvet - Great Picture, terrible sound - bring earplugs!

For the second time within a month, i found myself in the IMAX cinema in Fisketorvet. The sound there is so terribly loud, that im sure it blows way past public safety regulations.

Furtheremore it just ruins the movie. It is impossible to tell the difference between an explosion in the foreground, and someone dropping a hammer in the background, both will result in a roar that i wouldnt recommend for anybodys ears. I told the staff about it half way through the movie, but nothing happend as far as i could tell.

It was like spending 3 hours in the pit of a concert without earplugs.

Never going back until this sh"# is fixed

De sikrer sig dermed, at alt fungerer som det skal, og at alle niveauer er indstillet korrekt. Disse niveauer er fastlagt i samarbejde med filmskaberne - og overstiger aldrig det tilladte.

Vi beklager meget, at du har følt at lydniveauet var for overvældende. Vi kan desværre ikke love, at du ikke vil få samme oplevelse igen, men gør opmærksom på, at de fleste IMAX film bliver vist i en af vores andre gode sale - hvor du vil kunne få en anden lydoplevelse.

what a poo experiance !

First i tried to book online from kino.dk, didnt work 2 times in a row- then i tried from their own website and still didnt work. called to ask if the tickets were sent to my account or if my card had been charged but i got to talk with a grumpy woman that didnt seem to be interested in helping. so after that we went to the cinema to buy the tickets and there is no place to buy it from a human being but only from machines that turned up to not work on both my credit card and my partners credit card !!! we changed machines and tried many times and finally after 10 minutes we got our tickets - YAY we thought but then we noticed a huge line at the soda/popcorn counter that went all the way through the shop and it was only being served by 2 staff members - sigh....
worse of all is that the sound was VERY loud when there was some explosions and all that stuff in the movie, so loud that i saw some people cover their ears, it should be tested with a decibel counter imo !!! we are both very disapointed and wish we could give 0 star rating !
