Great pit stop and Olivia at the food counter was brilliant. Cheerful , smiling , funny and made me a fabulous wrap. A total credit to her company who in turn are very lucky to have her.

Pulled in at station to get fuel & coffee, after I filled up & paid , my car wouldn't start & I'd no service on my phone. Popped back In to the station & spoke with Sophia, who very kindly let me use her personal phone. Such a lovely kind lady, thank you Sophia!

Extremely rude staff tonight 26/01/24 at Monaghan service station. If she doesn’t like her job just quit or have some manners & serve customers with some respect! Have worked in retail in management & I would not tolerate this from staff.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Circle K Newcastle West

I visited the Circle K at Newcastle West on Thursday, the 25th, and had an incredibly disappointing experience with their automatic car wash. Upon the cashier's recommendation, I opted for the most expensive car wash priced at 16 euros, which supposedly included washing, drying, and waxing.

However, during the car wash, I witnessed through my rearview mirror as the machine unexpectedly ripped off my back wiper. Disturbed by this incident, I promptly informed the cashier. Despite her acknowledgment of the unusual occurrence, she assured me that the manager would contact me the following day after I left my contact details.

To my dismay, no one reached out the next day. Returning to the filling station, the stand-in manager was unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to provide the manager's phone number. I was informed that the manager would be available only on Monday. Shockingly, I received no compensation or even an apology for the inconvenience caused, making me feel unjustly at fault for being offended and disappointed.

Additionally, I strongly suspect that the promised waxing did not occur during the car wash. This lack of customer service and accountability has left me extremely dissatisfied. I cannot recommend the automatic car wash at Circle K Newcastle West to anyone, as the indifferent response suggests a disregard for customer concerns. I eagerly await Monday, hoping for a more satisfactory resolution to this unfortunate experience.

After receiving a circle k gift car went to my local station and filled my car only to be told while the fuel is circle k the shop is not I then had to pay normally As that was the only circle k in my town the next time I needed fuel I travelled to the next town some 38 kilometres when filling up again and producing my gift card I was told I needed a smart phone to load card on to a gift turned into a graft

Circle K fuel card service is rip off. They charged me 46.63 EUR on 23/Oct/2023 then returned that money to me on the next day and counted it as UNPAID Direct Debit - then stole my money from my account for 10 EUR for the fee then took again 46.63 EUR after a week. Then today, I got another letter from them saying that they are going to charge me 30 EUR more for the admin fee, which really shocked me. Hey? Why you did return the money and then counted it as UNPAID D/D?

SUNDAY WENT FOR CAR WASH. PAID AT WASH MACHINE WITH CREDIT CARD. WASH STARTED AND THEN WAS STOPPED BY SENSORS. ASSISTANT CAME OUT TRIED TO RESET NO GOOD. ASSISTANT THEN INFORMED ME SHE COULD NOT REFUND ME IT NEEDED A MANAGER.
BACK AGAIN MONDAY AT 4.30PM LOOKED FOR A MANAGER GONE HOME NOTHING TO BE DONE.
BACK AGAIN TODAY AT 9.30AM SHOP ASSISTANT WENT TO MANAGER I WAS THEN TOLD THEY COULD NOT REFUND ME TO MY CARD AS THE MACHINE DOES'NT ALLOW IT.
OFFERD CREDIT FROM THE SHOP WHICH CAN ONLY BE USED WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME FRAME A FEW DAYS I THINK SHE SAID 3.
RAIN FOR THE NEXT WEEK WEATHER BAD I WONT NEED A CAR WASH
SAME CAR RANGE ROVER THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN REFUSED BY WASH MACHINE DONT NEED CREDIT.
I NEED MONEY PUT BACK ON MY CARD.
I WONT BE USING CIRCLE K AGAIN FOR CAR WASH.

BAD EXPERIENCE

I find the store attached to station good could be more competitively priced and could have more of basics that you would find in a small supermarket, too many unhealthy snack options

I had issues with a carwash in Carrickmines/Kilternan petrol station and a lovely staff member Daragh was so helpful and kind. Great service!

Customer service is really shocking. They took money from my account and gave me fresh air for it. I only noticed when I was back on the motorway that the dial hadn't moved.
I could have had a serious accident.

I buy my fuel every day at your garage because I'm a taxi driver and every Wednesday ye do have half price car wash which I buy I bought one on the 23rd August thinking it was valid for a week till I was told it was only valid for 2 days you would think a company as big as Circle K would have a Notice informing the customer of the change. Not a happy customer

The toilets at the Circle K Ballacolla are an absolute disgrace. Majority of reviews on google over the past number of years mention the fact that the toilets have an awful stench and odour and are not cleaned or maintained properly. They are disgusting. Easily the worst public toilets I have ever seen.

Just to have replaced the fuel card is a nightmare, it got expired and the replacement never came, I had to order it by email and now is been a month an nothing yet.

Circle K kilcullan. 5/8/2023. Yesterday I stopped off here for a coffee and a short break from driving. I can safely say I will not be stopping here again. The ladies toilets had two taps out of order. Two coffee machines where off. The only staff members I saw where one on cash desk and three at McDonald's, the rest of counters where closed. The seating area was filthy the floor looked like it had not been swept in a week. Tables not cleaned down. And the bins with rubbish spilling out over the top of them. The bins outside the door where the same. It was not a pleasant experience I have to say.

it was a big scandal we had today. we filled our car with gas from circle k kill north in N7 near naas and a few minutes after we got out of the station, our car started to vibrate and the engine gave a warning of malfunction, we pulled it to the safety lane. After the tow truck arrived, we saw that multiple cars had the same problem in the same area then We realized that it was because of the gasoline and we went back to the station.we found it out that they added water to petrol and this caused many vehicles to break down and victimized many people! This is an unbelievable and unacceptable mistake, many people could have died or even had an accident. what a disgrace this is!

Why is fuel 4 cents more in Kilcolgan (which by the way is always more expensive than other petrol stations around the area) than in Circke K in Ballinrobe.

got 2 litres milk at Circle K at Gorey bypass on Friday evening (purchased €70.01 diesel at 22:15 on 14th July paid by card- milk paid for by cash at the same time) charged €3.25 for milk despite €3:00 for the particular brand on the shelf, went back to confirm that it was €3:00 - 3 people at Q so didnt go back to attendant - be weary of Circle K prices advertised and charged at the til

I stop few times this week in Carlow and I must praise young lady Lily. She is always smiling and willing to help. It is real refreshment to see. Bravo Lilly

Had to ask for pump to be turned on. Deli was shocking. Had to wait for staff members to stop their conversation to be served. No rolls or bread left at 2.30. Had a wrap. Sliced cheese was dry, curled up and cracked. I passed on it. Most fillings looked unappetising and were wrongly labelled. Had been travelling for hours so I decided to chance it. Gave the wrap to the dogs on returning home.
