I've been researching these types of electronic foot massagers for some time. I know that it has to be class iia - this means it's met quality standards and it's been tested for its claims.
I decided to buy the bioenergiser circulation max ; this was due to the foot massager using EMS - this stands for electrical muscle stimulation.
After 4 weeks of using circulation max bioenergiser it has eased the pain in my calf muscles and my feet are no longer tender, like pins and needles. It also squeezes the leg muscles which improves circulation. This has helped my puffy ankles.
I highly recommend circulation max and I use the electro pads on my back - this also seems to help.
