The customer service is amazing

The customer service is amazing. I always get a fast response from support and they've been super helpful. They've been able to resolve all my issues quickly. The program that I'm using from them works exactly how it's supposed to.

They solved the issue with my activation code

I had an issue with my activation code, so I have contacted the support service, it was already 8:00pm so honestly I was not expecting an answer the same day. But they have not only answered right away, but they solved the issue immediately. Great service, 5 stars to Joey.

After using Cisdem for a few years

After using Cisdem for a few years, I was pleased with the performance of this program. I recently upgraded my computer and needed to transfer the license. It was done within a very short period of time. No hassle, and I was up and running.

Excellent Customer Service from Ethan @ Cisdem

I emailed Cisdem about a Product of theirs that I purchased a lifetime license in Sep 2025.
However, I wanted to use the software on my Laptop instead of my Desktop. Ethan Li at Cisdem was kind enough to re-set my license. Everything is all up and running fine on the laptop.

The duplicate finder is great

The duplicate finder is great. It's the best out of 6 I've tried and it works for multiple forms of media. I needed help moving the license over to a new pc and customer service emailed me back in less than a day. The interaction was simple, easy, and human.

Trustworthy

A ppt that I had worked on a long time suddenly went corrupt and the saved version as well. I contacted Cisdem. They were not able to solve my problem, but reported promptly and refunded my payment. Such acts a company that is trustworthy and professional.

Perfect support from the company Cisdem!

I had problems with the license code as well as downloading YouTube videos using Cisdem’s VideoPaw software. After contacting support, I received a response within minutes and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.
The software is now working perfectly again. I have honestly never experienced support this good before!
