I just had booked ticket with citiair travel, what a flawless experience, it took me just 20 minutes to complete transaction for international flight, with best price out of all internet sites, this is my 3rd reservation with them in 3 years and I recommend to everybody to try out here first before any other sites. ask for Thiru a very courteous sales agent. regards Mr.shah

I have booked with them on several occasions and got a good deal compared to others on international bookings. Never faced any issues. Yes, their staff is based in a foreign low cost location that helps them save on their costs which they eventually pass on to customers... Hence, complaints of bad English etcetra. If you can tolerate this, then this is a genuine travel company providing good deals for international flight bookings

Don't book through these people!!! You'll regret it I assure you. For starters they don't speak English. NO ONE THERE DOES. Booked a flight to Hong Kong via United Airlines which for two days they never billed my credit card. They'd already sent a "sample billing" for .20 cents so they knew the card was valid. I called them to ask why my card had not been charged,but again - NO ONE THERE speaks English. So, was told (I think), the'd get back to me in five minutes. There reply was to cancel my reservation. Unbelievable! Not that bid a deal one would think except the next day United nearly doubled their fares - not exaggerating - thanks United. So the flight I preferred now cost me $1,800 more (three of us) and over the holidays. Booked a different flight via EVA Airlines and through Expedia which went flawlessly. They called to confirm the reservation and even helped me pick seats for the flight. You get what you pay for. But if you're fluent in Indian and are into getting screwed give these guys a shot.

Don't book from them!!!!!!!! they are the worst! I book a flight for $948 and I was charged $1500. Now, I am on the phone with the customer service, who does not speak any English. I feel like I was roobed!

Good agency. they finds lowest fares on every airlines for our wish.

Worst experience ever. I paid with my card, after 4 days got an email that my flight was cancelled. I was not able to understand a word from their customer support - seems they outsource it to India. They offered me to buy a new ticket 200 $ more and hang up the phone...

Be aware while using this company, as they write a line in your approval email saying this ticket is not refundable. But the meaning of this is, even if you contact them for any change they will charge you $300 which is your hard earned money they are trying to earn for free.

I would just you use them just for quotes, and then book your tickets directly with Airline company by calling them. Give the quote reference on flights and fare, they will match is 100% also once you book through them there will be no hidden charges like Citiair does.

I believe this has happened with many other who booked with Citiair before.

CITIAIR is the WORST TRAVEL COMPANY EVER..We had total trouble at Minneapolis airport, Amsterdam airport they make us pay at the Delhi airport because they are not seeing the electronic ticket for my son and At Delhi airport they make us wait for 5 hours and charged me to let my son travel with the grand parents ,These is totally unacceptable . I reach out to company couple of times they are not even responding putting me on hold for long time and asking to call again

Their customer service is completely useless.
I had to change my flight dates and they did not respond to me for two days after I made more than 20 calls to them.
Finally when they return the call they said they do not have any tickets left. Not experienced such customer service in the last 9 years I have been in the USA. I would make sure none of my ~20 friends ever purchase tickets through them. I had to re-book my tickets and they gave me $0 back. Please avoid them if possible.

I purchased ticket for Delhi. Agent Seha was very helpful and got me great price. After confirming itenary the ordeal started. The verification process made me feel like I am not using my own card but a stolen one. It took me more than 45 minutes to complete the transaction. The whole process went like this.
1) They act like you are getting million $$ mortgage. The sent a purchase form. That required all details about you and your credit card
2) the form also require photo copy of front and back of your card - What the heck?
3) After the form is submitted I was asked to provide the verification charge they have put on my card. I was not in front of computer and there was no way to verify the amount except calling bank. I called the band and was able to get the card.
4) I called the agent and told him the amount charge but the process was still not complete. He asked me to send an email stating the amount as proof.
What a screwed up verification process. I talked to manager but not help.

Donot book thru citiair, i am already facing problem in rescheduling. You find fare difference only when you book you save few dollars. But if you want to reschedule or contact customer care you wont get any help.

This was my second time experience with Citi Air to book flight ticket to Mumbai and I had very good experience with them. Specially I want to say thanks to Mr. Bhoobal. His attitude was so helpful, politely and responsible. He has very good patience to understand customer requirements.
One recommendation, All ladies staff should be trained and responsible.
I would definitely recommend Citi Air Travel to my friends.

Unreasonable changing and cancellation rates. Paid 60% of my ticket price for cancellations. Never using again.

I booked our tickets to Chennai, India through Citi Air Travel.

Ms. Krisha who was working on our reservation, was very co-operative, kind, polite, courteous and helpful right from the beginning till the end.

It was really a nice experience with CitiAir booking my flight tickets.. Mr. Tirupalu was very helpfull in finding the cheapest fare for my travel .He is very responsive and informative. Thanks CitiAir, thanks Tirupalu. .

They have a very good website which gives you an overview about the price and the flight details. Without login we can get the flight details. Ticket booking process is very simple and the agents are very cooperative.

Please stay away from this company. I made a reservation a thru this travel agency and one of my connecting flights was cancelled. I called the airlines and i was informed that any changes need to be made by travel agent as the initial reservation made by the agent. My problem started there and lasted for almost 10 days and I had to call them everyday. Finally I had to escalate to the next level and then sort out my problem. Please stay away from this travel agent.
