We offer FREE returns for 30 days and we offer FREE delivery in mainland UK for 99% of our products, we do have a few really bulky items that are low cost and need an excess shipping charge, they clearly state this on the product pages, if you require delivery in outlying areas please refer to our delivery page for costs.

Ordering and payment easy

Ordering and payment easy. Had I been informed that the items I had ordered were out of stock, I would have had no need to phone them well over a week later asking where my order was. Apart from that the whole order was delivered immediately stock was available

Dear Amar

Please forgive me but this review is not about our service at all. We rejected the order on advice from our credit card acquirers because you provided inaccurate information regarding your address and postcode. We have in the past lost money to credit card fraudsters and maybe we were a little over cautious on this occasion. As regards the price we cannot always be the cheapest I'm glad you found a good offer!

Three day delivery

Three day delivery, and I didn't receive notification of the delivery until after the start time of the delivery slot!
I would have been out except that by sheer chance I checked my emails before I set out, and sadly had to stay in on Saturday instead.
I'm in all week, so very inconvenient for me and my weekend house guests.

Dear Shirley

I'm a little surprised to read your review because unless it has been previously arranged we don't usually deliver on a Saturday. Also I have looked at the tracking information which says that your parcel was delivered at 11.53 on the Friday. Furthermore again unless specifically agreed we do not share email addresses with our courier company and we do not book delivery slots.

Our courier service is usually very efficient so I'm sorry that something has gone a little wrong here!
