Excellent rental experience with genuine zero-deductible insurance
We had an excellent experience with CityCars.gr and would happily rent from them again.
The handover was smooth, friendly, and professional, and the car was clean and in very good condition. Communication throughout was clear and responsive, which made the whole rental feel easy and trustworthy.
What really stood out was how they handled an unfortunate situation during our trip. While driving on the motorway, a small stone hit the windscreen and caused a crack. Since the rental included full insurance with zero deductible, I contacted CityCars in advance before returning the car. Their response was immediate, calm, and very reassuring. They confirmed that the windscreen damage was fully covered by the insurance, that there was no need for any further action, and thanked us for informing them proactively.
This gave us a lot of confidence that their “zero deductible / fully insured” promise is not just marketing, but something they actually stand behind in practice.
