HUNDREDS OF YEARS EXPERIENCE NO VEEN OPEN 3 YEARS 😅😅😅 TARGET OLD AND DUMP PEOPLE WHO KNOW NOTHING TELL THEM THEY NEED LOTS DONE PAYMENT UPFRONT

We've been with City Gas since our first child was born. Newly bought house back in 2012 with old boiler at the end of its life cycle. Got quotes compared and brought in two rounds of workmen to look. The first one didn't even open the boiler cupboard and turned on the tap and told us the boiler needed to be changed.

Found City Gas and replaced the boiler at very reasonable price. Steve is reliable, punctual and informative. We saw him or his engineer nearly every year since, for annual boiler service. The boiler is still going strong. They never pushed selling services that we didn't need. The occasional repairs were always quoted and agreed upfront at reasonable price.

These are across 13 years of consistent experience. Can't recommend anyone other than City Gas for installing a new boiler and being taken care of from then onwards.

Appointment given from 0900 to 1100, and its 1130 and they are still not here.I took half day leave to wait around and waste my time when im held back with loads of work.This is un acceptable

Our boiler stopped working all of a sudden and 3 engineers we called could not identify the problem nor fix the situation which left us without hot water for 4 days. However after calling City Gas Force, they came fast and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and our hot water is now back! Highly recommend these guys, they're qualified and have a great customer service.

City Gas, a local company in Palmers Green of North London fixed a leak and replaced the filter with a new MagnaClean filter on my boiler yesterday. A fast, efficient, inexpensive and friendly service. They are very experienced, reliable and honest. A couple of years ago they were one of the companies I called for a quote for a power flush after being told by a Gorgi “engineer” he couldn’t repair my boiler, which had stopped working, until I had a power flush. When I explained the situation to the City Gas engineer Stephen he immediately diagnosed the problem as being a diverter valve without even seeing the boiler. He arranged for a Vaillant engineer to replace the defective part. This cost me nothing but did save me £600 for a totally unnecessary power flush. I find City Gas competent and honest.

Have used this professional company on several occasions for boiler installation and I am very happy with them. On the last job, the service from start to finish was once again excellent and the workmanship of the installation was of the highest standards.

From the moment I spoke to City Gas Services I knew I was in for a different experience compared to all the other companies I had called. In a nutshell, the other companies told me more about what they couldn't do for me rather than what they could. City Gas Services were completely different, they were very clear about the job, the process and procedure, right down to the name of the engineer who would be doing the job. On the day of the job Chas arrived bang on time, he answered all my questions and was very reassuring about my concerns. I even had to go out for a while, and felt confident that I could trust him alone in my house. He was polite and really showed respect for me and my house. I always fear the dreaded additional costs that tend to rear their ugly heads in the middle of a job, but no such thing with City Gas Services, the price was fixed before the job. I can honestly say that City Gas Services are brilliant! A far cry from your normal rip-off merchants, they really know their stuff and gave me confidence in every part of my dealings with them. Not only have they gained a new customer in me, but I will be asking them to do work for my elderly mum because I can trust them. Needless to say I will also recommend them to my friends as professional heating engineers who deliver on their promises.

Steve and Michelle @ City Gas went out of their way to help us when our 23 year old boiler finally gave up the ghost - not just the fitting of the boiler but a return visit free of charge when some teething problems arose and exceptional after care when I needed urgent documentation for the sale of my property. All in all I can't rate them highly enough.

I contacted City Gas Services via email, hoping they would be willing to be hired for consulting with me over the phone on some technical questions I had integrating multiple Nest thermostats with my boiler as I live outside the UK. Not only were they quick to reply that they were happy to help, they offered me a number of solutions free. Their responses were detailed and showed they really know their stuff. I couldn't be more pleased with them and would recommend them.

These guys have fixed my boiler on a few occasions. Always great service and follow up. Never done a review before for a plumber but these guys are brilliant. Darren at Hampstead Heath

Out of all the quotes given Steve broke it all down and was simple to understand no added extras like some other local companies. Family run business so a nice personal touch. Very pleased with the result, they were very efficient and polite and tidy and the job was done in the time said. So would definitely recommend as so many cowboys out there.

I have only ever had one boiler fitted and this was it. From the estimate through to the fitting of the boiler, all my questions were answered promptly and, I could not believe it was done in just 2 days. I was so happy with the job I asked if there was anyway I could write a review for City Gas and here it is.

Very impressed with the company ethos, straightforward, no gimmicks or bargain offers, just good old fashioned proper SERVICE from a small knowledgable and friendly team. City Gas fitted a reliable boiler in my old Victorian home without fuss or mess.
Highly recommended.
