Overall excellent customer service delivered by Skoda Watford team. They were very welcoming and cooperative to deliver specific requirements for my service at service and maintenance.

Only problem was the unnecessary battle to get the correct price for my old car, I understand the need but when it's clear a customer is aware of the correct pricing, it should be largely accepted.

We were booked for routine service however there were some other issues which were highlighted during inspection which were resolved on the day. We rely on 1 family car and it’s important for us to be mobile.
It would have been great and you can still manage if car wipers were replaced complementary.
The other thing to consider is your teams continuity at 1 service station if possible.

Woeful customer service.
Within the 1st hour of driving home my Skoda Superb developed problems with its infotainment system which continually started up and then closed down again.
I contacted the sales executive who I'd been dealing with and he asked if I could return the car but as I was driving north and some 60 miles away it this was not practical.
He suggested that he having contacted his manager will be able to arrange a repair at a dealership closer to my home location but as I found out nothing more was to be heard from them and I do feel that once they've had the funds for the car and you're on your own with this particular dealership.
There was also another problem with the vehicle in as much as it told me that it had been overfilled with engine oil full.
Having contacted my local dealer personally they suggested that the earliest they could do the repair with some two months down the line on May 18th which was not good considering the car is less than six months old and I had owned it less than a week.
I contacted breakdown services who extracted the excess oil and said it wasn't uncommon for these vehicles to have infotainment problems and he'd come across a lot in recent months with the same issue. He also said that it takes up to six hours for it to be rebooted at a main agent and if that isn't fixed and the control unit would have to be changed.
I can't recommend anybody using Citygate Watford as in my opinion their post sales service was absolutely appalling.
