I arrived Saturday morning at 8.30 for a service and MOT on my Van, the service receptionist on the desk was really efficient, she asked me if I would like it washed after the work was done, they took my van in straight away and told me to call back in a couple of hours, I arrived back just over 2 hours and the Van was ready and waiting, the lady receptionist then went through the paperwork with me and I went on my way. Excellent service all around.

My needs were taken into consideration and met with no delay.

TBH , i couldn't fault any part of the car buying process from start to finish . The staff ( in particular Harvey ) were informative and had great product knowledge , they were all friendly and welcoming throughout .
The “extras” were explained fully and at no time was i felt pushed into purchasing , so no pushy salesmen !
I would have no problem in recommending the whole team and obviously the car , which is fantastic !

I cannot fault the service provided by Citygate and in particular the sales person Ricardo. I was kept fully up-to-date on the delivery status of my new car, which helped in preparing for full EV. Excellent all round!

Hugh, the Service Department Manager, was great. He phoned to give me an update on my car and had it ready for me to collect at the time I asked for. He then explained everything that had been done and suggested some upcoming items that will need attention. Very clear and easy to understand.
The car was gleaming when I collected which is always a nice touch!

Recently purchased a Tiguan eTSI. From the 1st phone call to delivery of my car I had excellent service from the sales Person MD. All round an excellent experience.

Pleasant manner at all times - honest answers to questions. Kept me informed. Waiting time for new car was 2 weeks as stated at the outset.

The waiting appointment meant less disruption to my working day.
Deanne was very helpful and managed my appointment smoothly. I could see that customer service is important to her.

I dropped my VW Touareg into Citygate Ruislip due to sudden brake faults and starting issues. Chase, in the service department, was extremely reassuring, emphatic and professional, took possession of my vehicle and assured me the matter would be resolved and she would keep me updated with progress. True to her word, I was kept informed and advised when my vehicle was ready for collection. No hassle, no fuss just everything a customer would want and appreciate. I’m extremely grateful to Chase and the Ruislip Citygate Team extremely polite, respectful and professional. I have no hesitation recommending this branch.

First rate customer service.

The team are friendly and cheerful at a clean and bright showroom with ample off-street parking. My car was dealt with promptly. I got a video of the visual inspection with commentary by text and email. I would recommend Citygate.

Surperb experience from Citygate Chalfont this week, they really did go the extra mile for me! The service team were brilliant from booking to collection, they kept me informed of progress regularly. They also dealt directly with my third party warranty company, so that I didn't need to reclaim the expenses!

Very friendly staff, greeted with a smile and offer of a coffee. Explanation of what was going to happen whilst Car in for it's service and MOT. Great video of my car and clear explanation by technician of my car's condition. Car was cleaned and ready on collection.
